RECRUITMENT STAFF

Responsibilities:
                To prepare, administer and conduct all recruitment activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or Master degree of Psychology
• Have min. 2 years experience in the same position (for bachelor degree of psychology), fresh graduate are welcome to apply (for Master degree of psychology)
• Familiar with recruitment process such as screening resumes and interview
• Able to deliver the psychological test and build interpretation
  
• Positive attitude, energetic and fast learner
• Posses strong initiative, independent, and able to work under pressure
• Excellent in English (oral & written) and computer literate
• Willing to worked at BSD City, Tangerang
