 Strategic & Planning Assistant
 
Requirements (Key Accountabilities / Job Descriptions):
1.       Coordinate the corporate strategy development process.
2.       Assist S&P Manager in coordinating related resources for the corporate strategy execution process.
3.       Monitor and analyze competitors' current activities and possible future strategies.
4.       Monitor current economic condition, demographic as consideration for the corporate strategy development.
5.       Facilitate business plan development and execution process reporting.
 
Qualification required:
1.       Male/ Female
2.       Age max 25 years old.
3.      Bachelor degree in economics, finance, business, mathematics, statistics, physics or equivalent from leading institution or from Insurance School (Trisakti IBS/ STIMRA preferably) minimum with GPA of 3.00.
4.      Having min 3 years of experience in financial institutions, or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provide the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the job.
5.       Strong knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures related to the business discipline of the organization, as well as good judgment in planning and accomplish strategic goals.
6.       Good knowledge of general economics, quality management and performance management practices.
7.       Ability in meeting deadlines and achieving results.
8.       High quality of work and Result oriented.
9.       Good analytical and problem solving skills.
10.   Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
