Bueno Energy International is a coal mining and trading company. Cargo
traded or produced by Bueno Energy International are mainly for the supply
to Chinese or Thailand coal end users. In year 2010, the company expanded
its operation to Indonesia and setting up PT Bueno Energy Indonesia in
Jakarta at the Thamrin area's the Plaza Tower.
We are on the hunt for the position :
Secretary
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
. Female, max: 25 years.
. Preferably single.
. A Diploma from a reputable Secretarial Academy.
. Minimum of 3 years experience in an secretarial role, preferably
from Mining or Legal Services Company.
. Experience in handling large and detailed hard and soft copy files
for multiple projects.
. Must have initiative and willing to take on a variety of task
within the admin function.
. Effective time management and organization skills with the ability
to work to strict deadlines and extended hours.
. An excellent command of the English language, both spoken and
written.
. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications.
