Customer Service
Main duties include but not limited to:
- Dealing with customers
- Follow-up customer inquiries / requests / complaints
- Answers customer inquiries / requests / complaints
- Resolves customer inquiries / requests / complaints
- Maintain the customer's satisfaction meet the expectation
- Maintain Customer Service administration
Requirement:
- Male, age max. 30 years old.
- Min 1 year progressive experience as Customer Service, preferable in Hospitality industry (Tours&Travel/Hotel).
- Must work well under pressure and be able to deal with many projects simultaneously.
- Must also have an excellent sense of priorities.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and telephone manner
- Fluent in English, both written and oral (additional third language will be an advantage).
- Computer and telephone literate.
- Willing to work in shift / public holiday.
