PT Indo CafCo is currently seeking a results-oriented individual to fill the following position based in Indonesia (Medan):
Maintenance / Mechanical Supervisor
Perform mechanical and engineering work for the company, coffee processing equipment operation and monitoring as well other duties related to maintenance, mechanical engineering and fabrication in a factory environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors operation of plant equipment and systems to ensure that there are no breakdowns or disruptions in the production processes
- Conducting regular inspection and maintenance of all the machinery in the facility
- Ensuring that all safety norms and regulations are adhered to
- Planning maintenance and service activities in a way that the process of production does not get hampered
- Keeping a record of all service, maintenance and refurbishing works carried out on the machinery
- Ensuring that the machinery and equipments are being used to full capacity and that production is optimum
- Design, and fabricate equipment internally or monitor external fabrication contractors
- Providing feedback and suggestions for process and equipment improvement.
- Providing engineering training and technical assistance to the department.
- Supervises plant maintenance personnel
- Assisting Support personnel on implementations.
EDUCATION, PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE, AND SPECIALIZED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
· University Degree with minimum 3 years of mechanical and or electrical engineering experiences
- Candidates has experiences working for a Manufacturing company and has solid understanding/knowledge about mechanical and electrical engineering
- Ability to design and fabricate metal structures.
- Ability to create and manage a maintenance schedule
- Willingness to be hands on
- Physically fit
- Local recruitment only (Medan - Indonesia), relocation will not be facilitated.
