We have urgently need Staffs for our client in the Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company a group company of ADNOC in search for potential candidates as below:
Instrument Technician Analyzer (Maintenance)
Purpose:
Leads and directs or work with 2-4 subordinates of Analyzer Technicians and fitters in carrying out all aspects of maintenance, modification, calibration and testing of analyzer instrumentation in the Process and Utilities areas of the LNG Plant on Island. Carries out specialised instrumentation troubleshooting work on the analyzer and gas chromatograph systems. Prepares detailed scheduled maintenance procedures for new plant analyzer instrumentation.
Main Duties:
§ Carries out fault finding maintenance and modification on ph conductivity, moisture, total sulphur, H2S, CO2, SO2, Oxygen analysers and gas chromatographs.
§ Liaises with Operations, Maintenance and Technical Department personnel to resolve process and instrument related problems, which require an in-depth knowledge of the process and its control systems.
§ Directs and participates in the inspection & testing of completed work ensuring quality & conformity to prescribed standards.
§ Ensures Company standards, codes of practice and procedures and work permits procedures are complied with.
§ Gives direction and on-the-job training to the Analyzer Technicians, fitters and UAE trainees assigned to work with him.
§ Identifies materials and spare parts requirements by the use of SAP computerized system.
§ Prepares detailed scheduled maintenance procedures for new plant instrumentation.
§ Updates drawings and instrument scheduled maintenance procedures following the completion of minor instrument changes and modifications on Analyzers.
§ Supervises the safe and efficient maintenance of plant equipment and personnel in accordance with the agreed and safe procedures.
§ Carries out other similar or related tasks such as provides "Call out "service on rota basis or checks required on an urgent basis outside normal working hours.
Minimum Requirements:
§ Age 30 40 years
§ Completion of Technical Certificate, plus one year full time formal training in Analyzer Instrumentation
§ 6 years experience in the operation and Maintenance of Analyzer and Gas chromatograph equipment
§ Good knowledge of spoken and written English, with capability of writing technical reports
Mechanical Technician Maintenance
Scope of Duties:
§ Carryout skilled maintenance works independently in the repair, assembly, alignment of mechanical equipment like exchangers, vessels, columns, boilers, structures and able to fabricate pipe work from isometric drawings.
§ To be able to identify piping specs, gaskets, bolt nuts, valves etc and able to carryout the work on all the piping.
§ Operates simple M/C tools such as grinding machines, drilling machines, impact wrenches etc.
§ Able to take precision measurement using depth gauges, micrometer, vernier calipers etc. and must be able to work to very close tolerances.
§ Prepares sketches/brief reports such as alignment, finished dimensions etc.
Minimum Requirements:
§ Completion of Technical Secondary education (12 years) / Apprenticeship Certificate or equivalent.
§ The candidate should have a minimum experience of 8 years in maintaining and overhauling Diesel engines.
§ Fair knowledge of spoken and written English.
Safety Technician
Scope of Duties
· Carries out safety inspections of equipment and site activities to ensure adherence to safety procedures.
· Assists Safety Engineer in coaching and supervising contractors' site personnel.
· Ensures work sites are properly prepared for all activities under the Permit to Work System.
· Conducts demonstrations including safe use of equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
· Patrols sites to monitor proper safety performance.
· Acts as back-up in emergencies.
Minimum Requirements:
· Completion of Secondary Education (12 years).
· Aged 30 50 with excellent health as 60% of time is spent outside in strenuous conditions.
· 4 years safety and fire-fighting experience in the hydrocarbon processing industry.
· Formal training at appropriate safety and fire-fighting courses.
· Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
· UAE driving license preferable.
Instrument Engineer
Scope of Duties:
· Carries out the design of the allocated instrument modification related to LNG production facilities and associated offsite. Ensure the design is to recognized industrial standards and codes.
· Reviews drawings, specifications and other documents prepared by contractors / consultants.
· Prepare the Statement of Requirement for contract documents and carries out technical evaluation of contracted out modifications including technical clarification to bidders through the Contracts Department.
· Carries out the direct ordering and reservation from stock of all materials for the modifications, ensures materials comply with company standards and are correct specification for the duty. Performs technical evaluation of material bids including technical clarification to bidders through Procurement Department.
· Prepares pre-engineering packages and bills of materials to help arranging funds availability for the concerned modifications. Follows the progress of Enquiry Indent and Purchase Request till their order placement.
· Convenes and minutes the Definition of Requirements meeting and ensures that all disciplines are represented. Act as its Secretary.
· Controls the engineering of modifications and liaises regularly with Production and HSE&I Departments to ensure that the engineering design is acceptable to all users departments.
· Liaises regularly with civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers within department to cover the inter-disciplinary requirements for the modifications. Acts as the nucleus to ensure a complete integral package is assembled before distribution.
· Responsible for collating discussing and resolving any comments or queries arising from the approval issues of the modification package.
· Convenes Specialist meetings ad acts as it secretary.
· Prepares the HAZOP P&ID and introduces the proposal to HAZOP committee for HAZARD and Operability study. Takes and active part in HAZOP proceedings as instrument specialist and act as secretary in the absence of Senior Support Engineer.
· Prepares HAZOP findings and modifications overview for review by Plant Management HSE Review Committee. Introduces the proposal and describes the findings of HAZOP and CONSOP Team to Plant Management at HSE Review meetings.
· Provides design and technical guidance to senior draughtsman and draughtsman during the development phase of the modification. Carries out final checking and appraisal before signing documents as responsible Support Engineer.
· Defines the scope of each Divisions involvement during procurement and construction and pre-commissioning phases of the modification.
· Supervises and directs engineering, construction and pre-commissioning contract staff during implementation of the modification.
· Carries out pre-commissioning checks on the completed work to ensure that construction is to the approved design. Continue to monitor modification from conception through to commissioning.
· Carries out Technical bids evaluation ad technical clarification from bidders and finally recommend the most successful bidder from Technical point of view.
· Prepares specification and design data sheet for the purchase of instrument equipments and accessories.
· Perform and analysis of network loads for the main distribution system.
· Carries out all types of instrument calculation such as cable sizing, equipment sizing, short circuits, power system analysis using computerized soft ware such as EDSA, ETAP
Minimum Requirements:
· B,Sc in Electronics / Control Engineering or equivalent qualification.
· 10 years experience in the instrument engineering field, including minimum of 6 years in development / project work in the as processing, oil refining or petrochemical industry.
· Very good spoken and written English.

Mechanical Engineer (R&R)
Key Responsibilities
· Review Repair & Recommendation reports related to mechanical, painting, insulation, civil works of Corrosion & Inspection Dept. Identify and flag major scope of works.
· Review constructability of major scope of works and identify concerns and resolve.
· Obtain specifications and drawings for static equipment, piping & structural from Engineering Department.
· Initiate budget proposals for major revenue works and prepare five year Opex plan for the Department.
· Convene Definition of Requirement Meetings, establish definitions and record.
· Prepare State of Requirement for major maintenance projects.
· Prepare, recommend evaluation criterion for pre-qualification of contractors and for evaluating technical bids. Evaluate and recommend technical bids.
· Leads pre-bid meetings and kick-off meetings.
· Review and finalize contract works schedule
· Convenes progress review meetings of contract works and circulates the Minutes of Meetings.
· Liaise with Engineering, HSE, Operations & Maintenance Department for resolving functional concerns.
· Review, analyze, optimize resource requirement for in-house execution team
· Organize resources for in-house execution team.
· Conduct technical audits and quality audits.
· Conduct safety audits to inculcate safety awareness among construction team.
· Conversant with engineering data management system and maintenance management system (SAP / MAXIMO)
· Seek budgetary quotes for initiating procurement.
· Provide technical guidance on job specification and material specification.
· Reviews and finalizes purchase requisitions.
· Provide technical guidance to Planning Engineer, and Construction team.
· Fully conversant with QA, QC, and HSE requirements of Oil & Gas/Petroleum Industry.
· Identify risks, hazards involved in major maintenance works & in-house works, analyses and guides construction team for mitigating risks.
· Fully conversant with contract terms & conditions and administrates contracts.
· Analyze, monitor & control change/cost variation.
· Review, finalize progress/performance reports.
· Review, add value to current work practices, procedures and standing instructions.
Minimum Requirements
· B. Sc. In Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
· 10 Years experience in the construction, major maintenance projects including minimum 5 years in EPC environment or in operating plant in gas processing, oil refining or petrochemical industry with sound background in Construction, Contract Administration and Reporting.
· Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
· Computer Literate.
Planning Engineer (GTSD)
Scope of Duties
· Undertakes planning, pre engineering function of all aspects, covering Repairs & Recommendations issued by Plant Inspection Dept. and planning activities of carrying out the job. Assists Senior and Lead Planning Engineer in preparation of work packages for major R&Rs and project work.
· Should be well acquainted with planning & scheduling packages Primavera P3e; MS Project; SAP for Major maintenance and overhaul projects.
· Liaises with Operations & Maintenance personnel in identifying work content, estimates resources and material / spares and advises management on shortfalls.
· Monitor, co-ordinate and report progress to management during work execution on a daily basis.
· Data capture from vendor records, update Maintenance records, review technical qualifications, review materials; produce technical documents for minor tenders; prepare cost reports.
· Perform the role and undertake responsibility assigned to the position in line with the companies HSEMS policies.
Minimum Requirements
· Aged 35-45
· B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
· Minimum of 10 years experience in Maintenance & Overhaul related Planning and Engineering activities in a major Oil & Gas industry and application of mechanical equipment associated with the oil refining or petrochemical industry of which 10 years should have been in a professional/senior capacity (preferably supervisory capacity)
Plant Inspection Engineer
Scope of Duties:
§ Inspects and assesses the condition of LNG Plant fixed equipment at the required frequency, in accordance with the Company's construction and inspection code i.e ASME, API, AWS, and compiles written reports on his findings and recommendations, puts in repair recommendations to user Departments
§ Checks and approves structure modifications associated with plant and equipment in accordance with the Company's procedures for such work.
§ Carry out inspection on Plant steel structure, gratings, roofing/canopies, and operator cabins, for the entire LNG complex, in a scheduled inspection basis to reflect RBI guideline objectives
§ Provides a Workshop inspection service for overhaul of pressure safety valves, pipe-work and structural work, fabrication, etc. including hardness testing, crack detection and radiographic examinations as quality control
§ Advises and recommends required repairs or replacements to defective plant and equipment and carries out further inspections after repair work to ensure conformity to approved standards and codes
§ Carries out other related duties, such as keeping abreast of new technical methods of inspection, especially in the field of non-destructive testing, carrying out inspection and certification of all forms of lifting tackle and lifting machines, etc.
§ Sets up and co-ordinates with Plant for implementing and maintaining health and safety regulations applicable to use Radio active material
Minimum Requirements:
§ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or 3 year polytechnic diploma in Mechanical Engineering after 12 years schooling
§ Minimum 10 years experience in a plant inspection function in the oil refining or petrochemical industry, including experience in controlling plant inspection of static equipment and plant structure records
§ Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
PROCESS ENGINEER
Scope of Duties
- Monitor plant performance, provides technical service to other departments on a regular basis. Includes identifying problems and submitting reports with recommendations for a reliable and safe solution to SPE for review.
- Provide problem solving service for long term complex difficulties or potential problems. Includes studies related to process problems initiated by himself, his senior or Production Department, preparing test programmes or capacity checks, analyzing results and submitting recommendations for solutions or presenting his findings and conclusions to parties concerned. May be assigned to a task force to work on a project.
- Provides a process design definition for modifications or new equipment, reviews proposed modifications and recommends approval or suggest alternative solutions.
- Carries out rigorous process engineering checks to ensure that design standards are being maintained and that technical safety requirements are met.
- Acts as a reference source to other Departments. Includes liaising with Engineering, Production, and to HSE & Integrity Division, furnishing them with technical information as requested, suggesting improvements in their field of work and assisting in developing improvements initiated by them.
- Review routine test and analysis results from laboratory, identifies and analyses deviations and unusual trends, interprets reasons in terms of operations and submits conclusions to Senior Engineer.
- Maintains LNG plant data and historical records and files for easy reference.
- Carries out the design of allocated modification related to LNG production facilities and associated offsites. Ensures the design is to recognized industrial standards and codes.
- Prepares the Statement of Requirement for contract documents and carries out technical evaluation of contracted out modifications including technical clarification to bidders through the Contracts Department.

Minimum Requirements
- B. Sc. in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 5 years experience in the chemical / process engineering gas processing / Oil field.
- Use of Process Simulator and computer literate.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
Senior Electrical Engineer/Specialist
Purpose:
Acting as the Technical Authority in Electrical discipline and have been familiar/responsible for the upkeep of the types of equipment, machinery and management systems found in LNG and Petrochemical/Gas processing facilities.
Main Duties:
· To demonstrate leadership and commitment in promoting the company HSE corporate vision in all HSE matters, promoting the correct behaviors and development and use of relevant procedures.
· Financial management - Act as discipline champion for the review of all related capital and revenue expenditure proposals, contributing to the development of the annual budget cycle and following through the planning and implementation phase.
· Contracts and Procurement - As necessary, to develop, provide and review scopes of work and technical content for contracts and procurement.
· To act as discipline focal point for championing and promoting improvements in asset reliability and availability through improvements to management systems and processes, working practices and equipment studies including obsolescence reviews and incident investigations.
· To act as the discipline Technical Authority and focal point for engineering design and modification reviews, participating in Hazard and Hazop reviews as required.
· To provide leadership in the upkeep, development and improvement of the maintenance management system for the core discipline, ensuring adherence to processes and procedures and undertaking departmental performance audits on a regular basis.
· To act as discipline mentor and champion for UAE and other staff, encouraging and providing stimulus to their ongoing development.
Minimum Requirements:
· Aged: Maximum 50 Years.
· BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
· 15 years or more experience in maintenance and application of Electrical equipment associated with the oil refining or Petro-Chemical industry. Experience of Technical Services and Maintenance Procedures writer will be an added advantage.
· Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
Senior Integrity Engineer
Scope of Duties :
a) Acts as Independent Competent Person for assuring integrity of assets in accordance with ADNOC HSE Codes of Practice, Volume VI
b) Reviews plant information concerning assigned analysis activities and obtains any additional information needed to understand the problem and the required resolution.
c) Diagnoses problems to determine the root cause. Identifies and obtains assistance as necessary in order to determine the root cause, whether from other departments within company or from outside contractors as required.
d) Keeps the studies on Extension of Trains Turnaround Interval and Heat Exchangers Master Plan updated
e) Develops with Corrosion and Inspection Department the relevant HSECES performance standards for design and operation phase
f) Monitors performance of related fixed assets which caused production loss or high risk to identify short and long term concerns and issue recommendations
g) Leads and facilitates root cause analysis of high risk events
Minimum Requirements :
· 12 years engineering experience in the oil refining or petrochemical industry, including at least 6 years supervisory experience in inspection, corrosion management and integrity assurance
· B. Sc. in Mechanical /Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent.
· Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Scope of Duties
· Carries out the design of allocated modification related to LNG production facilities and associated offsites. Ensures the design is to recognized industrial standards and codes.
· Prepares the Statement of Requirement for contract documents and carries out technical evaluation of contracted out modifications including technical clarification to bidders through the Contracts Department.
· Carries out the direct ordering and reservation from stock of all materials for the modifications, ensures materials comply with company standards and are correct specification for the duty. Performs technical evaluation of material bids including technical clarification to bidders through Procurement Department.
· Identifies and applies for the availability of funds for modifications, materials, and ordering and contract placement in accordance with relevant company procedures.

· Controls the engineering of modifications and liaises regularly with Operations, Maintenance and Safety and Loss Prevention Departments to ensure that the engineering design is acceptable to such user departments.
· Liaises regularly with civil structural instrument and electrical engineers within Development Department to cover the inter-disciplinary requirements for the modifications. Acts as the nucleus to ensure a complete integral package is assembled before distribution.
· Responsible for collating discussing and resolving any comments or queries arising from the approval issue of the modification package.
· Prepares the Hazop P&ID and introduces the proposal to Hazop committee for Hazard and Operability Study. Takes an active part in Hazop proceedings as mechanical specialist.
· Prepares Hazop findings and Safety Review Committee modification overview for Plant Management appraisal. Introduces the proposal and describes the findings of Hazop Team to Plant Management at Safety Review Meetings.
· Provides design and technical guidance to Senior Draughtsman and Draughtsman during the development phase of the modification. Carries out final checking and appraisal before signing documents as responsible Mechanical Engineer.
