Our client is a Multinational Company in medical devices with surgerical products, is looking for qualified candidates to fill in position as Sales Manager with detail as follows:
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and analytical skills.
- At least 3 years experience in the health care market
- Experience in infection control and surgical suite environment
- In-depth knowledge of the health care market in Indonesia
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to communicate at all levels
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned sales territory and dealers to facilitate achievement of company sales and profit objectives.
- Manage dealers and distributors to promote and sell company's capital products to Healthcare customers within assigned sales territory.
- To support dealer/customer in training, education, product application and trials for capital equipment
- To work closely with Region Manager and International Project Manager to actively participate in new hospital development projects including expansions/upgrading by utilizing and promoting company's project consultation and expertise.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintains sound relations with dealers and customers through correspondence and/or personal contact.
- Provide timely reporting of weekly and monthly events.
- Identify and specify opportunities for future company's products, markets, and new applications for current products and technology.
