Adventureworks branding in 2010 Publishing Site Template

I am trying to configure a 2010 sharepoint server that someone else installed... Is it normal that the publishing site template has the adventureworks brandng or has a mistake been made? 2007 did not include branding. Thank you.

Yes, that's the out of the box look.
