URGENTLY NEEDED - RECEPTIONIST

 

 

A small but dynamic corporate law firm in the SCBD area is looking for a Receptionist/ Telephone Operator to manage its front desk, with the following requirements:

 

1.         Single healthy female below age 25 will be given priority;

2.         Good and fluent English is a must (interview will be in English and one of job responsibilities will be to assist expatriate and foreign clients);

3.         Minimum D1, and graduates from Tourism Academy or Secretarial Academy will be given priority;

4.         Preferably with experience in the hospitality industry (Hotels business centre or front desk) or a service/consulting companies;

5.         Presentable, good looking and well groomed, nice personality and energetic (to match the dynamic environment of the Firm);

6.         Having nice voice and good telephone manner;

7.         Having a positive attitude towards life is a must;

8.         Willing to work hard and have fun (one of job responsibilities is to arrange for the Firm's out-of-office fun activities
