Controlling Data in Created Email

Greetings,
Me again :). Another minor issue with my vacation request form. I have a workflow create an email that is sent to HR when the vacation request is approved. In the email I have listed the days requested off. Each day has is own variable ( Day1, Day2, Day3, Ect..). In the email, I am listing each field on 1 line. I expected it to just be blank if a date was not input on the form, instead it prints 01/01/0001 for all the dates that were NOT input on the form. Is there any way to either have the email ignore fields with the above date, or just have the workflow pass a blank field ( a blank would no show anything visible in the email).

Thanks Again!!

Re: Disable Submnit Button after Document Creation

This does make sense except my skill level is below what you are suggesting. I actually want the user to see the submit button, just not the manager that comes in later when approving the form. I am not sure about changing the view, as Infopath uses the same form to display to the manager as the end user sees when selecting 'Create Document" in the form library. Maybe I am misunderstanding you. I will investigate the advance options. Possibly disable submit all together and just use "save" features.
