Our Client, TMI is one of the fast growing currently is expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:

 

Managing Director

Responsibilities: 

·         Prepare mid and long term mining operational plan and strategy (e.g. coal production, quality, and cost target);

·         Review short term mining operational plan and strategy;

·         Maintain the systems and procedures in place within the current business model

·         Improve and implement the systems and procedures to the best standards;

·         Control implementation within all operation issues (include leading and directing all works related with contractors, suppliers, vendors, infrastructures development, project proposal, improvement action, K3 & Environmental issues);

·         Provide updated information related with mining regulations

·         Provide advice and recommendation for Board, related with mining business operations which comply with mining regulations;

·         Responsible of all aspects to the Business Strategy include Technical Innovation, Financial Control and Production Commitments.

    

Requirements:

 

·         Experience minimum 10 years experience including 7yearsexperience at Senior Executive in Mining Company    

·         Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable university in Mining Engineering or Geology.      

·         Superior communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral and written )     

·         In depth mine planning; Mining activities flow; Basic geology; Basic survey; Basic HSE, Financial management.

·         Certified as KTT and having certificate POP,POU & POM is an advantage.

·         Strong leadership with good motivational and people skills, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in a team.
