[vacancy] VARIOUS VACANCY AT APARTMENT

 

The Peak at Sudirman is looking for highly qualified candidates to fill in the following positions:

 

FRONT OFFICE STAFF
* Female or Male, age max 27 years
* Education from Tourism School/Academy (fresh graduates are welcome)

* Min 1 (one) year experience in Hotel/Apartment
* Proficient in English language
* Pleasant appearance with a minimum height of 158 cm for female and 165 cm for male
* Can communicate well with Client/Tenant

* Hard worker, honest, discipline

* Have leadership and able to work in the team

HSE MANAGER

* Male, age max 40 years

* Education from S1 Engineering or HSE Science

* Min 3 (three) years as HSE Manager in Property

* Have certificate Basic Safety Training

* Able to communicate in English both oral an written

* Have a good knowledge of HSE Standards, administrative works of day to day camp operation and office computer skill

* Self starter and able to work under pressure and work immediately
* Can communicate well with Client/Tenant

* Hard worker, honest, discipline

* Have leadership and able to work in the team

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

* Male age max 35 years
* Education from D3 or mechanical engineering and landscaping
* Min 5 (five) years as a Landscape Supervisor and / or gondola (if only a high school education) at Property

* Have the administrative capabilities (preparing reports using a computer / Microsoft)
* No fear of heights, not color blind

* Self starter and able to work under pressure and work immediately

* Can communicate well with Client/Tenant

* Hard worker, Honest, Discipline
* Have leadership and able to work in the team
