We are a private company which located at South Jakarta.

Now we need a young, energetic and professional people to work together with us as :

SECRETARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Company :

· Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence

· Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, and conference telephone calls

· Make preparations for corporate meetings

· Respond to inquiries

· Provide word-processing and secretarial support

· Type confidential documents on a word-processing system

2. Perform other related duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

1. Have experience as secretary for 4 - 5 years (not senior ones).

Preferably who has experiemce to work with expatriate.

2. Female

Knowledge

The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

1. Office administration

2. Have good understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures

Skills

The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:

1. Excellent in English, both verbal & writing

2. Team Building

3. Bookkeeping skills

4. Effective verbal and listening communications skills

5. Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level

6. Time management skills

Personal Attributes

The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes:

1. Be honest and trustworthy

2. Be respectful

3. Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity

4. Be flexible

5. Demonstrate sound work ethics
