PT CORE MEGAH COAL, An extensively growing Coal Mining Company is currently offering a challenging career opportunity for serveral positions for Site Operations (Sulawesi) as listed below:
HR SUPERVISOR
Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management industrial Law / Psychology / any related field
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the same position - preferably in Mining Industry
• Must be able to handle at HRD functions and-related matters, including data control, industrial relation adminisitration, recruitment and selection tools, handling employment contract and familiar with manpower rules and regulation
GEOLOGIST
Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Geology
• Have at least 3 years experience in Coal Mining an operational or exploration role
• Solid working knowledge in mining principles, coal quality, geological modeling, geological database and resources calculation
• Familiar with geological software (Maplnfo. ArcView, Minescapei / Surpac, Auto Cad and GPS)
• Healthy good Performance, good to work and able to work under pressure and minimum supervision
KEPALA TEKNIK TAMBANG (KTT)
Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Mining / Geology
• Minimum 7 years experience in mining company with mm 3 years in managerial level (experience in leading mining department, including coordinating, controlling technical activites, handling mine operation, mine planning, mining project, etc)
• Experienced in developing coal mining project with HSE/K3 implementation
• Excellent interpersonal proficiency and communication skill in Indonesia and English (oral & written)
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices
• Knowledgeable in operating mining programs software, such as: Minescape,Surpac.etc
• Possess managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities and ability to organize workload and set priorities accordingly
• Hold POM certification, POU preferable
