MNC Group is the largest and only integrated media company in Indonesia, with operations encompassing from content production, content distribution, nationwide television networks, television program channels, newspaper, tabloid, radio networks and online media. Future development will include acquisition and consolidation of Pay TV business to complement our content distribution activities.

                                     Group HR Policy  and People Development Manager

 

 Position description

1. Identify proactively organisational ,plan, people development needs, and implement strategy for organisational development

2. Participate to the implementation of systems, processes and development tools to increase organisational effectiveness and grow our people
3. Monitor, measure and report on organisational development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
4. Manage and develop training center, talent, performance management and HR policy
5. Manage and control Training departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
6. Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects of organisational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of organisational development objectives, purposes and achievements
7. Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary organisational development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organisation

8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of company expertise and knowledge, in the field of organisation and HR development



Your profile

 

  Male / Female age below 45 years old

  Master degree, preferably in organisational psychology or any comparable studies

  Minimum 10 years relevant experience in a related function

  Fluency in English is required.

  Outstanding organisation and communication skills

  Strong business and results orientation;

  Flexibility and adaptability;

  Proactivity, commitment and team orientation;

  Strong service orientation and empathy;

  Interpersonal savvy

  Change agility
