Head Of Visual Merchandising (Head of VM)
This is a senior executive level position to be stationed in Jakarta - Indonesia. The incumbent will report directly to the Director and be responsible mainly for the following:
Responsibility :
Set up VM direction according to company's vision and mission, develop into VM action plan for the year; set and propose the budget (operational & capital); develop general creative direction per marketing / merchandising campaign.
Approval on final execution manual for VM treatment to stores; determining types and style of media display purchased to enhance company image.
Manage and coordinate with external department/divisions/agencies (Advertising & Promotion, Merchandising, Store Operation, Store Development, etc.) in order to have single concept & message approach to any in-store communication and planning for store opening and renovation activities.
Manpower management: training and exposure of new skill, in order to keep the department ahead in the innovative and creative related to the present condition of company needs for VM services.
Giving indirect impact to sales where merchandise displayed attractively and promoted in the stores according to the direction and concept given by VM head office.
Provide "silent" customer service by setting the merchandise display standards and guidelines for shopping comfort.
Qualifications:
Male/female, max 45 years old, open for Expatriates.
Min Bachelor Degree from Reputable University in Architect/Interior design/Graphic Design/Visual Communication Design
Minimum 10 years¢ retail VM management experience including at least 5 years in senior managerial level
Knowledge of the retail luxury environment and strong understanding of brand equity and architecture.
Strong design capabilities & knowledge; can demonstrate mastery of design skills related to product, graphic, packaging and in-store design
Able to set trends
Resourceful, driven, having excellent strategic ability & strong business acumen
Head Of Merchandise Planning & Control (Head of MPC)
This is a senior executive level position to be stationed in Jakarta - Indonesia. The incumbent will report directly to the Director and be responsible for the overall planning, execution and control over merchandising function mainly on the following:
Major Responsibility :
Manage the development, execute and effectively communicate financial merchandise plans and strategies to support the merchandising, marketing, and financial objectives through partnership with our merchants and management.
Project and re-project sales and gross margin by analyzing historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by world, department, & store level.
Communicate financial results, forecast, and recommendations to management and merchants regularly.
Present financial forecast and recommendations for open to buy regularly.
Manage creation of pre season assortment planning process in collaboration with merchants to develop class assortments. Liaison with merchants and planning team to ensure accurate and concise planning.
Qualifications:
Male/female, max 45 years old, open for Expatriates.
Min Bachelor Degree from Reputable University in any discipline
Minimum 10 years¢ retail MPC management experience, including at least 5 years in senior managerial level
Resourceful, driven, having excellent strategic ability & strong business acumen
Open to expatriate

Principal Accountabilities:
§ Manage overall corporate IT infrastructure and security systems.
§ Identify the technical and resources needed to support the
requirement of business.
§ Establish and enforce IT policies, guidelines, standards and
procedures.
§ Manage Data Center and ensure reliability of the IT system in
supporting the day-to-day operations.
§ Manage system and application data backup and backup site for
Disaster Recovery Plan.
§ Responsible for all security of the computer systems and control
the authorization of user access.
§ Resource Monitoring & Capacity Planning in order to ensure
performance tuning of system / network / database.
§ Provide technical and solution consulting services to end-users.
§ Report directly to Information Technology Vice President
Requirements:
§ Male 30- 36, Bachelor's Degree (S-1) or Master degree (S-2) in
Computer Engineering/Science, IT related fields.
§ At least 5- 8 years experience in managing IT. Preferably from
shipping or related industry.
§ Project Management skills; at least experience to implement one
full cycle of Microsoft Dynamics.
§ Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics modules Finance,
Materials Management, HRIS. Hands-on knowledge and skills on Windows
Server 2003/ 2008, SQL Server, Active Directory, .Net
§ Certified in Microsoft Dynamics is a big advantage
§ Experience in data communication LAN, WAN (Leased line /VSAT), and
IT security system
§ Fluency in English both oral and written is essential requirement.
§ Excellent team-player, strong interpersonal communication skills,
self-starter / self-motivated
§ Willingness to be based in Samarinda, East Kalimantan.

• Handles details of meeting/communication session arrangement either for Relationship Management Department or HR Corporate.
• Execute all necessary actions in accordance with existing rules and mechanism in order to comply with all quality manual required by ISO 9000 : 2000.
• Coordinate with manager in taking improvement steps in Relationship Management Department’s programs and policies.
Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology
- Has min. 1 years experience in HR area
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Attention to detail, good presentation skill and analytical thinking
- Good interpersonal & intrapersonal skill
- Has initiative and team work
- Preferably Female
