1. FINANCE (FIN) & ACCOUNTING OFFICER (ACC SPV)

Male or Female with max. age 28 years old
Hold min. S1 degree majoring in Accounting or Financial Management with min. GPA 3,00 from reputable university in Indonesia.
Posses min. 2 years experience in similar position in palm oil & rubber industry or public accountant company is preferable.
Willing to work overtime and traveling across Indonesia.
Familiar with computer application (Ms. Office), excellent financial, accounting & internal audit skills (full set of accounts, cash flow management, analysis and reconciliations on financial statement).
Able to work in a team or individual and good analytical, communication, also interpersonal skills.

2. CORPORATE INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER (CIA)

Male with max. age 28 years old
Hold min. S1 degree majoring in Accounting & Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering with min. GPA 3,00 from reputable university in Indonesia.
Posses min. 2 years experience in similar position in palm oil & rubber industry or public accountant company is preferable.
Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and willing to travel across Indonesia.
Deep understanding of finance, accounting , infrastructure/ technical, agronomy, mill function and activities
Familiar with computer application (Ms. Office) and excellent internal audit skills.
Strong interpersonal, communications skills & self motivated also well-organized person

3. SITE HR & GA SUPERVISOR (HR/GA)

Male with max. age 30 years old
Possess min. S1 Degree in Psychology, Management or Law with min. GPA 3,00.
At least 5 years experience in the similar position & preferable in palm oil/rubber plantation industry.
Excellent experience in all of HR function (personnel, recruitment, reward, industrial relationship) , man power regulation (PKWT, PKWTT, Jamsostek, JKDK, etc) and general affair matter (building management & maintenance, akomodation, transportation, etc).
Willing to be placed in Sumatra & Kalimantan sites.
Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, capacity to learn & adopt new practices
Strong leadership, people management, good communication and interpersonal skills.

4. SITE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT / CSR OFFICER (CD/CSR)

Male with max. age 30 years old
Possess min. Diploma degree in Law, Public Relation, Social or other related discipline with min. GPA 3,00.
Has min. 3 years experience in the similar position & preferable in palm oil/rubber plantation industry.
Excellent in developing & implementing CSR system with deep understanding of CSR legal aspect (plantation permits : AMDAL, land clearing, heavy equipment, plantation operation, etc).
Willing to be placed in Sumatra & Kalimantan sites.
Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, work independently & effectively in team.
Strong leadership, good negotiation, persuasive, communication and interpersonal skills.

5. LEGAL & DOCUMENT LICENSE OFFICER (LDL)

Male or female with max. age 28 years old
Possess min. Diploma degree in Legal with min. GPA 3,00 from reputable university in Indonesia.
Has min. 2 years experience in the similar position, preferable in palm oil or rubber plantation industry.
Extensive knowledge of agriculture license regulation in Indonesia
Excellent ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, be flexible and give attention to detail.
Willing to travel across Indonesia and good command English both oral or written.
Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, work independently & effectively in team.
Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

6. IT - DEVELOPER / PROGRAMMER (IT)

Male or female with max. age 28 years old
Possess min. S1 degree in Information Technology with min. GPA 3,00 from reputable university in Indonesia.
Has min. 2 years experience in the similar position, preferable in IT consultant or software house company.
Excellent in application development with programming language (VB, 6.0 VB.net, ASP, PHP, Delphi, etc) & related databases (SQL Server, My SQL, Fox Pro, PHP, Oracle) with various O/S (Windows, Linux, Unix).
Experience to plan & execute data migration (conversion) process from legacy system to new system.
Able to work in strict deadline and willing to work overtime
Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, work independently & effectively in team.
Good analytical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills.

7. PROCUREMENT / PURCHASING HEAD (PRO HEAD)

Male or female with max. age 40 years old
Possess min. S1 degree in related discipline with min. GPA 3,00 from reputable university in Indonesia.
At least min. 10 years experience in the similar position, preferable in palm oil or rubber plantation industry.
Excellent negotiation skill &having a wide supplier network in domestic market.
Able to work in strict deadline and willing to travel across Indonesia.
Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, work independently & effectively in team.
Strong leadership, good communication and interpersonal skills.

8. INFRASTRUCTURE HEAD (IFS HEAD)

Male with max. age 40 years old
Possess min. S1 degree in civil or architecture engineering with min. GPA 3,00 from reputable university in Indonesia.
At least 10 years experience in the similar position, preferable in palm oil or rubber plantation industry.
Deep understanding of infrastructure aspect such as civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, building structure, construction, architectural also familiar with RAB and progress report.
Firm in decision making, strong in planning, organizational, leadership and people management skills.
Excellent ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, be flexible, give attention to detail, active and able to work independently as well as in teams.
Willing to travel across Indonesia and fluent in English both oral or written is a good advantage.
Having pleasant personality with highly self-motivated, good analytical thinking communication and interpersonal skills.

9. SITE DOCTOR (SDR)

Male with max. age 35 years old
Possess min. S1 degree in medicine with min. GPA 3,00 from reputable university in Indonesia.
At least min. 5 years experience in the similar position, preferable in palm oil or rubber plantation industry.
Excellent negotiation skill &having a wide supplier network in domestic market.
Willing to be placed in Sumatra or Kalimantan.
Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, work independently & effectively in team.
Strong leadership, good communication and interpersonal skills.

10. SECRETARY OF DIRECTOR (SOD)

· Female with max. age 30 years old

· Possess min. diploma degree in secretary with min. GPA 3,00 from Tarakanita Academy is preferable.

· At least min. 3 years experience in the similar position, preferable in palm oil or rubber plantation industry.

· Excellent secretarial, administrative & presentation skill also familiar with computer program (Ms.Office)

· Willing to work overtime & traveling across Indonesia.

· Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, work independently & effectively in team.

· Strong analytical thinking, good performance, communication and interpersonal skills.
