The Client:
The client is one of the internationally leading company of branded consumer products for skin and beauty care, has more than 120 years of experience in research and development and strong international presence.
The Job:
The incumbent will report directly to The Finance Director and be responsible for the overall accounting function, including tax and treasury role as well as ensuring the compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements this is a very senior position and the incumbent will have a close contact with company executives both in Indonesia as well as in the regional office. This position will be stationed in Jakarta
The Requirements:
The candidate would ideally be a master degree or bachelor degree majoring in accountancy, certified in taxation (Brevet A & B) with some related experience including in audit management. Have practical experience of more than 10 years and at least 3 years in the managerial level. Specifically the person should have strong accounting background and experience in a multinational company that required submitting set of reports to its head office as well as ad hoc request from the management and head office. Fluent in English both written and spoken is a MUST.

This position will report to Seed Supply Lead. The incumbent will be responsible for dealing with government affair for industrial relations for Central Java and East Java. Managing / staffing of seed production facilities which will cover field production, QA, Finance & plant manufacturing functions. Coordinate with Jakarta office for employee compensation and benefits as well as coordinating with vendor / outsourced employment of seasonal workers.

Graduate from respected / reputable university with min S1 / S2, HR, Industrial relation, business law graduate would be an advantage
Having HR SAP Background

Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Points
Min 3-5 years of related working experience
Possesses technical capabilities on experimental / research design and strong analytical skill
