Requirements
* Master Degree in Human Resources or related field (preferably
overseas graduate).
* Minimum 5 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience in banking
(preferably from Foreign Banking)
* Proven experience managing and developing a Recruitment team in HR
environment.
* Experience developing and implementing a recruiting strategy for an
organization, including, building and managing a recruiting
infrastructure, proactive recruiting strategy, recruiting avenues and
tools and the college recruitment program.
* Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills to
