network to local's stake holders; good player among company target
and local interest; come from North Kalimantan will become ideal for

PORT MASTER (PO-MT)
Must be able to set up and positioning every barge berth in the
jetty; set up and have a smooth accurate reporting system for loading
in every jetty; involve actively in improving the condition of the
jetty in order to make the loading in standard and safe condition;
assist / support The Barge Manager re the best way to load the barge.
Diploma or bachelor degree in relevant background from reputable
institution; 5-7 years experience in handling jetty / terminal for
loading / unloading purpose with minimum 1 year experience at the
same level; understanding of barge documents; excellent reporting
skill; knowledge of Basic Legal and Basic Finance; strong leadership
and negotiation skills.
WORKSHOP SUPERINTENDENT (WS-SI)
Must be able to plan, manage, and control all mobile units,
miscellaneous equipment service, repairs and logistic. All associated
activities to maximize all availability, reliability, productivity,
and safe operations of large population of Skidders, Graders, Trucks,
Trailers, Generators, Bulldozers, Backhoe Loaders, Excavators, and
other ancillary equipment. Above all is to contribute to the

parameters as well as provide efficient, effective logistic services
to fulfill customer demand. Min. Senior High School or Diploma in
mechanical or electrical engineering; min. 10 years relevant

LOG TRANSPORT SUPERVISOR (LT-SV)
Must be able to supervise and control the transportation of MHW or
acacia in high fleet numbers; manage fleet and people/crews to
achieve target in term of cost-effectiveness, quantity, time, and
safety. Min. 5 years relevant experience in similar activities with
min. 1 years at the same level; familiar with Logging Truck from
different brand name machinery; able to work under high pressure;
experiences in log transport, wood chip or pulp transport will become
advantage; SLTA or Diploma graduated.
ROAD SUPERVISOR (RD-SV)
Must be able to organize and control all of manpower (foremen, heavy
equipment operators, etc.) and work-equipment under his/her team on
road (as well as culvert, bridge, jetty, etc.) construction /
maintenance activities so can in line with the established schedule,
quality, and budget and achieve the optimum productivity. Senior High
School or Diploma graduated in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years
experience in similar activities and 1 year at the same level;
skilled on AutoCAD; strong leadership skill.
HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATION TRAINER (HE-TR)
Must be able to develop material of HE (excavator, bulldozer, motor
grader, skidder, backhoe loader, compactor, etc.) operation training;
identify training need of existing HE operators; contribute in
reducing number of HE accident; involve in recruitment process of HE
operators; responsible in SIMPERing (Surat Izin Mengemudi Perusahaan)
for HE operators; SLTA graduated with minimum 5 years experience in
similar post; proven skills in operating various HE; knowledgeable in
training principles and concepts.
AUTO TRADE TRAINER (AT-TR)
Must be able to develop training material of auto trade; identify
training need of existing auto trade persons; contribute in reducing
number of miss maintenance of mobile equipment; be a PIC in the
absence of Trade Training Senior Supervisor; involve in recruitment
process of auto trade person. Minimum Senior High School in
Mechanical or Automotive engineering; minimum 5 years relevant

b. Toyota Tsusho Corp. Tokyo (TTC) Crude & Petroleum Products Group
c. Toyota Tsusho Petroleum, Singapore (TTP) /General Manager, Crude &
Petroleum Products
Role a. To secure sales of petroleum precuts & coal in the retail and industrial
sectors of Indonesia market so as to achieve the volume, contribution and
customer service in the marketing plan.
b. To secure supplies to support sales in these markets, including arrangement
for oil & coal imports and assessment of suitable investment in logistics
support facilities.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
A. Sales and Marketing Planning
Monitor and analyse market trends, competitors' activities and price movements as inputs for developing marketing strategies.
Set detailed volume/contribution targeting within customer segment/product.
Prepare/update customer databases to facilitate market planning. 4
Develop plan of action encompassing : - identifying target customers and their product requirements - handling of "strategic accounts". - balancing of new acquisitions with support of existing customers. - setting of customer service/visit levels.
B. Identifying Supplier Capability and Logistics Support
Gather and analyse market information in respect of key oil supply sources and markets, freighting patterns in the region, supply/demand positions, tankage availability and price-markers' movements. Oil & coal Supply & Marketing
Prepare/update supplier databases to establish individual supplier capability and to facilitate procurement planning.
Analyse economics of supply chain (freighting, inter-mediate storage, breakbulk, land transportation and distribution, etc).
Identify suitable logistics support facilities that may be attractive for the Company to invest in for long term sustainability of business.
C. Business Negotiation and Implementation
Sell customer benefits ( product quality/special grades, financing, security of supply, defensive pricing etc)
Know standard terms in the industry ( for both domestic market and international cargo trade).
Understand and apply process of tailoring and agreeing key terms with potential customer/supplier: price, volume, product specifications, payment terms and security instruments (such as letter of credit, standby letter of credit, bank guarantee ).
Ensure counterparty comply with contractual terms.
Ensure fulfilling of documentation requirements by both the Company and counterparty - delivery receipt, invoice; bill of lading, letter of indemnity, certificate of quality, certificate of quantity etc.
Appraise customer credit status and maintain a constant surveillance on the credit worthiness of customers, and collect money on time.
Identify and evaluate key risks: performance risk, payment risk, bankruptcy/fraud, counterparty risk. Understand and apply appropriate hedging instruments to manage financial risk due to price volatility.
D. Maintaining Customer Relationship
Build relationships through trust, empathy, sensitivity to customer needs.
Respond to customer feedback and monitor performance to ensure reliable service and support.
Attend to complaints/disputes promptly, and co-ordinate resolution of conflicts to customer satisfaction, and help to reach amicable settlement where compensation is justified. Oil & Coal Supply & Marketing
Supply and Sales Competences
• Fuels & coal product knowledge and applications - Fuel oil, gas oil, motor gasoline, & coal - Critical quality parameters vis a vis stability, Al+Si, pour point
• Market analysis - supply/demand of oil & coal products ( international and regional) and impact on domestic market - interpreting oil & coal cargo prices ( backwardation/contango; seasonality ) - relationship between physical & paper markets
• Effective and efficient sales planning - targeting (direct, reseller) - prospecting (telephone, email, cold call) - call planning
• Time management (optimise sales effort )
• Sales skills - understand the sales sequence involving planning • understand segmentation and customer buying motives • competitor information • determine what marketing mix to use - relationship building with customers - consultative sales and customer service (helping customers to solve problems)
• Negotiation skills - techniques of opening sales, discussing and closing deals
• Risk management skills - hedging physical sales that are exposed to price volatility
REQUIREMENTS
Male/Female,
Age 28 - 35 years old,
Min S1 of any major.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Min 3 years EXPERIENCE in oil/coal company or similar.
Having wide relationship with Pertamina will be an advantage.
