TECHNICAL

1. Network Operation Centre General Manager (NGM)

Manage overall operation of network operation centre and network

security accountability (Managed Service Projects)

2. Project Manager (PM)/ PM-Professional Service (PMPS)/

Project Engineer (T-PE)

Manage teams to make Huawei equipment on air and to maintain

the customer satisfaction due to requirements.

3. Back Office Manager (NBO)

Responsible for the Delivery of Managed Service Projects

4. Field Operation Regional Manager (NFM Homebase: West

Java, Central Java, Bali)

Responsible for the delivery of Managed Service Projects.

5. Contract Manager (T-CM)

Responsible for the contract management

6. Project Finance Manager (T-PF)

Master the regulations within Huawei, especially for CA application

and verification and necessary guidelines

7. Transmission Engineer (T-TE)

Handle microwave transmission systems, areas and tools of network

planning, installation, testing, and commissioning.

8. RNP Engineer (T-RNP)

Involve in RF optimization of existing CDMA, GSM or WCDMA.

9. Wireless Engineer (T-W)

Manage overall the ITC implementation team and technical support

for GSM / CDMA / 3G BSS.

10. Core Network Engineer (T-CN)

Responsible for on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning,

maintenance of GSM / CDMA / WCDMA and NGN equipment.

11. Value Added Service (VAS) Engineer (T-VAS)

Familiar with HP / SUN / IBM mini-computer and server, UNIX,

Windows X operation system, Host and Client System, Informix or

SQL Server 6.0 Database and basic SQL Command.

12. CME Engineer (T-CME)

Responsible for a civil work of BTS construction to meet the

customer requirements.

13. SITAC Coordinator (T-SITAC)

The responsibility is to ensure the land acquisition process with the

local citizen and district government regulations.

14. Procurement Engineer (T-PC)

Build and maintain the subcontractors' resources platform and

relationship.

15. Logistic Specialist (T-LS)

Formulate secure, efficient and cost-effective import-export

solutions and responsible for warehousing management.

16. Project Administrator (T-PA)

In charge of the administration jobs which specific related to project

17. Drafter (T-DR)

Responsible for overall site survey & design quality control

SALES

18. Account Manager (AM)

Responsible for overall relationship with the customer and target

oriented

19. Technical Sales Outsourcing Manager (TS-OM)

Assist support for all the Indonesia Bidding and Implementation project

which included outsourcing product.

20. Technical Sales Manager/ Engineer, Datacomm (TS-DM)

Support all Router, Switch and Firewall product marketing related

activities.

21. Technical Sales Manager/ Engineer/ Sales, Core Network (TS-CN)

Achieve sales revenue target, understand Huawei product & solution,

routine technical activities.

22. Technical Sales Manager/ Engineer, Transmission (TS-TR)

Responsible to support optical transmission pre-sales activities and

marketing of Huawei transmission products including network concept

and solutions.

23. Sales & Services Engineer, Mobile Handset (SMH)

Responsible to achieve the targets of marketing and sales.

24. GSM/ UMTS Technical Engineer (GU-TE)

Responsible to support GSM/GPRS/3G pre-sales activities of Huawei

GSM/GPRS/3G products.

25. R & D Engineer (R&D)

Analyze, optimize and confirm customers' requirements.

SUPPORT

26. HR Manager (HRM)/ Recruitment Manager (RM)

For HRM : ensure successful implementation of HR activities and

for RM : ensure recruitment process run smoothly.

27. Legal Manager (LM) / Officer (T-LO)

Drafting and review contracts, agreement and other legal documents.

28. Tax Manager (TM)

Managing tax compliance, advisory, and planning affairs of our

operations

29. Budget Management Specialist (BMS)

Monitoring the Key Performance Indicators and other financial indices

of the company

30. Secretary (SEC)

Responsible for a variety of correspondence, report, translations in

Mandarin language.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ø Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, or Electrical Engineering (no.1-4, 7-12, 14, 18 - 25).

Ø Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer science (no.1-4, 10, 11, 18-25).

Ø Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (no.12, 13, 17), Industrial Engineering (no.2, 14, 15).

Ø Bachelor Degree in Law (no.5, 13, 26, 27), Psychology (no.26).

Ø Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance (no. 6, 28, 29)

Ø Master Degree in Law (LLM is preferred) with a specialization in Business Law (no.27).

Ø Bachelor Degree in any major (no. 13, 16, 18)

Ø Diploma Degree or above in Secretary/ Administration (no 13, 16, 30).

Ø At least 5 years experience and above in related field for Manager and General Manager

Ø Fresh graduate are welcome to apply for non managerial positions.

Ø Proficiency in English language is a must, able to communicate verbally as well in written in Mandarin would be an added value.

Ø Able to work in multicultural as well to work in pace changing environment.

Ø Positive attitude, independent, self driven, self motivation, and good coordination toward others.

Ø Willing to work with traveling condition to all Indonesia regions.
