Vacancy: Business Analyst (Code: BA)

Main responsibilities as required by the job:
Prepare specifications base on user requirement
Manage User Acceptance Testing
Create and maintain documentation including procedures
Assist other IT units in creating documentation
Manage and follow up the progress of Work Order
Periodically prepare progress report

Qualifications:

Minimum education: Bachelor degree in Computer science or related
Fluent in English both oral and written
At least 2 years of experience as Business Analyst preferably in
Insurance Industry
Experience in creating procedures and specifications
Excellent analytical thinking
Good interpersonal skills

Vacancy: IT Administration – Contract Based (Code: Admin)

Main responsibilities as required by the job:
To assist the IT Team in handling and coordinating IT Administrative
tasks,
Responsible for IT inventory incl. monitoring inventory changes and
preparing inventory report on a regular basis
Manage tape backup
Responsible for all administrative tasks within IT Dept.
Responsible for routine daily tasks eg. daily printing report
Monitoring IT expenses & budget, prepare expenses report
Assisting other IT units in communicating with internal & external
parties

Qualifications:
Minimum education: Bachelor degree in Computer science or related
(fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
Fluent in English both oral and written
Having 2 years of experience in administrative matters preferably
within IT environment is definitely a plus point
Interested in and willing to learn IT technical matters
Good interpersonal skills
Willing to assist other departments in providing IT administrative
information
