Vacancy: IT Administration – Contract Based (Code: Admin)
Main responsibilities as required by the job:
To assist the IT Team in handling and coordinating IT Administrative
tasks,
Responsible for IT inventory incl. monitoring inventory changes and
preparing inventory report on a regular basis
Manage tape backup
Responsible for all administrative tasks within IT Dept.
Responsible for routine daily tasks eg. daily printing report
Monitoring IT expenses & budget, prepare expenses report
Assisting other IT units in communicating with internal & external
parties
Qualifications:
Minimum education: Bachelor degree in Computer science or related
(fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
Fluent in English both oral and written
Having 2 years of experience in administrative matters preferably
within IT environment is definitely a plus point
Interested in and willing to learn IT technical matters
Good interpersonal skills
Willing to assist other departments in providing IT administrative
information
