Re: [milis tarki] Referensi Budget Hotel di Hongkong

 

Awal bulan ini, saya dan suami baru liburan ke sana. Saya rekomen Jinhai Hotel (weekend, under HKD 600) di agoda.com. Kamarnya bagus dan bersih banget. Lebih bagus dan lebih bersih dari Golden Crown Hotel yang dpt peringkat pertama di tripadvisor. Saya juga nginep di Golden Crown malam pertama. Walaupun staff-nya Jinhai Hotel ga bisa bahasa Inggris, mereka baik dan helpful banget. Lokasinya di Mongkok. Deket MTR, makanan dimana2, area belanja a.k.a Ladies Market dan mall2 plus toko2 lain. Jd, siangnya bisa jalan2 trus begitu balik hotel bisa nyicil belanjaan. Hehehe... Minusnya, tipikal budget hotel di HK udah pasti sekecil kamar kost2an. Plus, untuk pertama kali pasti susah nyari gedung/alamatnya. Tips dari saya, mending tanya polisi yang lagi beredar deh.. Dan usahain dapat alamat dengan tulisan China-nya. Coz warga lebih ngerti. 

Saya ga rekomen untuk nginep di daerah Tsimshatshui apalagi Chungking Mansion. Ishhh...jorok dan bauu.. Aneh deh baunya. Saya kena tipu nih di gedung yang satu ini. Saya booking "United Co-operate Hotel" dari booking.com di Blok D lt. 17. Trus, begitu sampe sana ternyata yang namanya Lt. 17 itu lantai tambahan. Lift cuma sampe lantai 16. Jd, kita ngelewatin tangga darurat yang kotor dan bau untuk sampai lantai 17. Begitu sampe lt. 17 ternyata ga ada hotel itu. Lt. 17-nya suram, kusam, kotor dan nyeremin deh.

Untuk wisata ada (paling murah beli tiket2nya di goldencrownhk.com) :
1. Disneyland - bayar
2. Ocean Park (dufannya HK)
3. The Peak (lebih bagus saat malam. satu paket naik tram, madame tussauds dan sky terrace)
4. Giant Budha (naik cable car, sayangnya lg renovasi sampai 6 bln ke depan. tp tetep bisa dijangkau dengan bus kok. satu jalur sama City Gate mall)
5. Noah's ark (belum kesini sih, katanya bagus)
6. Avenue of stars (kumpulan cap tangannya artis Hk. mending dateng malem, jd sekalian bisa lihat a symphony of lights jam 7.30 pm)
7. Sisanya pasti mall to mall atau ke museum yg tiap rabu gratis masuk.

Aku mau tanya dong referensi budget hotel dan daerah yg recommended to stay di Hongkong yang dekat dgn tempat-tempat wisata atau yg dekat dgn MTR jg boleh.

Rencananya aku mau vacation kesana bln november ini selama 4 hari 3 malam tanpa memakai jasa tour.

Oiya, sekalian share tempat-tempat wisata yg wajib dikunjungi juga boleh. Soalnya aku baru masukin Madame Tussauds sama Disneyland doang nih di itinerary. Hehehee..
