1. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities :

* Membuat Neraca Rugi Laba setiap bulan on time dengan didukung data lainnya.
* Laporan Keuangan bulan lalu paling lambat tgl 20 setiap bulannya, selanjutnya sudah harus selesai dan penjelasan atas laporan keuangan.
* Memeriksa seluruh voucher pengeluaran Bank maupun Kas & menanda-tanganinya sebelum diserahkan ke Direksi. Pemeriksaan harus dicocokkan dengan bukti pendukung yang akurat & dapat dipertanggung-jawabkan sebelum dibayar oleh Kasir.
* Accounting harus counter cek kebenaran pengeluaran dari Kasir, Insentif outlet dan menanda-tangani vouchernya.
* Semua pembayaran melalui giro dan cheque atau uang tunai, maka voucher harus ditanda-tangani dan diperiksa oleh Accounting, baru diserahkan ke Direksi.
* Harus membuat Ledger dan mencocokkan kebenaran antara sub Ledger dengan Kartu Piutang, Hutang, Buku Kas dan Buku Bank.
* Menguasai pajak brevet A dan B
* Tugas lainnya apabila diminta oleh Atasan (Manager & Direksi)

Requirements :
*     Wanita, Usia max 35 tahun
*     Pendidikan minimum S1 dari jurusan Accounting
*     Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Accountant
*     Mengerti tentang perpajakan, general ledger, AR,AP dan laporan keuangan
*     Memiliki Brevet A dan B

*     Terbiasa menggunakan program accounting
*     Menguasai Ms office (excel, powerpoint, word)
*     Memiliki leadership dan communication skill yang baik
*     Jujur, tegas, teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan dapat bekerja dalam team
*     Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik
*     Mengerti Siklus Akuntansi (Transaksi s/d Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan)
*     Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan

2. HRD MANAGER

Responsibilities:
* Menyusun strategi dan kebijakan pengelolaan SDM  berdasarkan strategi jangka panjang dan jangka pendek yang telah ditetapkan sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku agar diperoleh SDM dengan kinerja, kapabilitas dan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan yang diinginkan.
* Menyusun rencana kerja dan anggaran bagiannya sesuai dengan strategi, kebijakan dan sistem SDM yang telah ditetapkan untuk memastikan tercapainya sasaran bagian SDM.
* Mengkoordinasikan dan mengontrol pelaksanaan fungsi SDM untuk memastikan semuanya sesuai dengan strategi, kebijakan, sistem dan rencana kerja yang telah disusun.
* Mengarahkan, menganalisa dan mengelola praktek dan prosedur remunerasi untuk memastikan paket remunerasi yang ditetapkan  kompetitif, sejalan dengan praktek industri, sesuai kemampuan finansial dan adil secara internal.
* Mengkoordinasikan dan mengontrol penyusunan dan pelaksanaan program pelatihan dan pengembangan, termasuk identifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan dan evaluasi pelatihan, untuk memastikan tercapainya target tingkat kemampuan dan kompetensi setiap karyawan.
* Merencanakan kebutuhan tenaga kerja sesuai dengan perkembangan organisasi, serta mengkoordinasikan dan mengontrol pelaksanaan kegiatan rekrutmen dan seleksi untuk memastikan tersedianya tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan permintaan dan kualifikasi yang diinginkan dalam jangka waktu yang telah disepakati.
* Menyusun sistem manajemen kinerja, serta mengkoordinasikan dan mengontrol pelaksanaan siklus manajemen kinerja, mulai dari perencanaan, pembimbingan, sampai dengan penilaian kinerja, untuk memastikan tercapainya target kinerja individu, unit, maupun perusahaan.
* Mengelola dan mengontrol aktifitas administrasi kantor, kepersonaliaan, dan sistem informasi SDM untuk memastikan tersedianya dukungan yang optimal bagi kelancaran operasional perusahaan.
* Mengelola, mengkoordinasikan, dan mengontrol kegiatan General Affair perusahaan.

Requirements :

* Wanita, Usia Max 35 thn
* Memegang gelar  minimum S1 Manajemen SDM / Psikologi.
* Berpengalaman di bidang SDM sebagai Asisten Manager minimum 3 tahun.
* Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, Memiliki pemahaman interpersonal.
* Menguasai Ms. Office (excel, word, powerpoint)

* Memiliki kemampuan berpikir secara analitis.
* Bersedia dan mampu mengembangkan kemampuan orang lain.
* Menguasi UU Tenaga Kerja dan peraturan lainnya yang terkait
* Mengerti tentang peraturan tenaga kerja asing termasuk dokumen-dokumen yang diperlukan (KITAS, KIMS, IMTA, dll)
