Requirements :You should have a strong desire to learn and contribute in a team environment and have a flexible attitude.- Male- Bachelor's degree or college diploma directly supporting the skill area for the position or Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience.- Solid communication skills, writter and oral- Attention to detail- Ability to work in and manage ambiguilty - dealing with issues, problems or events that do not always have a process, system or solution in place- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple division page ini a fast paced enviroment- Experienced in delivering to a highly virtual audience & to a globally distributed workforce- Keep up-to-date with intranet best practises and evolving technologies to execute on the vision.- Willing to be place in Balikpapan.
Technical ;- Proven website management expertise- Strong web design skills
Web-design software knowledge :- Dreamweaver CS4 Premium Suite including Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, also Adobe Captivate
Knowledge of languages / tools:- 2+ years of experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript; hand code advanced- XML/XSLT for the purposes of site presentation and RSS- Java, JavaScript, C++, Active Server Pages, SQL- Experience with design and development within a web content management system (CMS.NET)- Microsoft Access an asset- Strong knowledge of browser compatibility issues for all major browsers and an ability to trouble-shoot related obstacles.
