by a multinational workforce of about 90,000 people. In other to support our businessgrowthin theGroupWilmarInternationalPlantation, we are looking for qualified
candidates to fill following position.
Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)
Responsibilities:

* Develop health, safety and environmental compliance policy, procedures and
benchmark with industry practices relating to plantation / milling
industry. Update as and when required.
* Setting up audit / compliant procedures so that issues would be addressed before they become problems.
* Assess risks associated with health, safety and environmental issues and
plantation and mill processes and advise the management with options
that are pragmatic. Update as and when required
* Setting up execution plan for periodic audit with well-laid down procedures.
* To coordinate with social department in order to develop and implement social responsibility
* Setting up staff safety and health standards to eliminate risks associated with hazards at work.
* To build and maintain management system that comply to ISO 14001, ISO
9001, RSPO, ISPO, ISCC, PROPER, and other certification scheme related
to oil palm plantation and mill.
* Update on latest health, safety and environmental laws, Labor Laws, situations Rules, Regulation etc. in Indonesia.
* To coordinate with HR department to plan and conduct EHS training programs for operating teams and workforce.
* To control the accident rate through adequate EHS inspections,
investigations and post-accident recommendation for improving &
ensuring all Health & Safety aspect will implement.
* To ensure the implementation and periodical reporting of company EIA
(environment Impact assessment or Rencana Pengelolaan Lingkungan, RKL
and Rencana Pemantauan Lingkungan, RPL.

Requirements:

* at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environment, Health and Safety, or other related discipline
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
* Willing to be relocated in a remote area (Sumatera & Kalimantan)
