PLANT LOGISTIC MANAGER
(Pharmaceutical Industry - Jakarta)
REQUIREMENTS :
Male / Female,
Age Preference:
Max 36 years old
Education:
• A bachelor degree or above in Finance / Management / Supply Chain / Pharmacy or any related field
• Requires a combination of formal training and extensive experience in production planning & inventory control including applied computerized methods
Experience & knowledge:
• Minimum 3-4 years of related experience in Supervisory level, or 1-2 years in Management level
• Computer literate (MS Office), SAP or/and other ERP software
• Five or more years experience in pharmaceutical operations (including practical working experience in production) with at least half of that time in production control, inventory management and product development.
• Having good relationship with third parties related with custom, export-import, BPOM, Ministry of health
Core competencies /skills:
• A working knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP's and associated regulation is required due in part to the material accountability and traceability requirements unique to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven supervisory ability and the ability to effectively interact with peer groups in a key requirement.
• Strong analytical & strategic thinking to drive the team
• Creative in designing new product
