Our client, A fast growing multinational paint company is seeking qualified and talented candidates to join their team in Jakarta office as: MARKETING MANAGER (PAINT) Job Purposes: Lead Marketing Team and develop Marketing Strategies to build up company's brand and expanding sales contributions per corporate policy Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Participate in strategic marketing planning and trade planning by analyzing business, competitors and market situations. 2. Perform SWOT analysis and recommend appropriate strategic decisions to Top management 3. Plan, Organize, Implement and Control all marketing functions such as new product launch plan, set up pricing according to price structure, develop and implement trade and consumer promotions 4. Plan, develop and execute support marketing communication campaigns and programs aligned with strategies to achieve sales and marketing objectives with acquired budget and control implementation under scheduled time-line 5. Sales and performance analysis, identify growth trends, opportunities and area of weaknesses in sales along with proposed corrective marketing actions 6. Manage P&L, Marketing budget within company policy 7.
