The company is looking for qualified candidates for the following vacant position:
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Footwear , Flexible and TPU
JOB PURPOSE        :      
The role of the jobholder is to manage all sales & marketing activities relating to the Footwear , Flexible and TPU business. Recommend and implement an annual sales and marketing plan that positions Huntsman as the leading Polyurethanes supplier in the market , provides year on year profit and performance improvement to deliver business Volume , Value , Contribution margin and working capital targets. Develop and implement key account plans which provide growth platforms for ambitious , medium and long term  business objectives in Indonesia.
Skills
  • Degree / Diploma in Chemistry, Engineering, business administration or marketing.
  • Candidates without the necessary qualification but have sufficient hands-on experience in similar jobs will be considered.
  • Minimum have 5 years experiences relevant in the  Selling the Chemical in Shoes manufacturing , Flexible foam  or TPU ..
  • Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa, English and Mandarin will advantage
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS office application.
Competencies
  • A mature person with initiative, integrity as well as strong leadership qualities and drive.
  • Able to work independently, plan, organize and implement business plan.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Outgoing personally, able to work independently, results orientated
Knowledge
  • Good knowledge in the PU or Adhesive chemicals industry
Salary
  • IDR.14.000.000,00 - IDR.18.000.000,00
