Business Analyst
Responsibilities
Conduct requirement gathering and gap analysis activities in the project
Work with System Analyst to product Technical Design Document
Prepare testing plan and scenarios to ensure all agreed design items are properly incorporated in the testing
Conduct design review with project technical team to ensured the developed technical solutions are inline with the agreed design
Requirements
Having knowledge Core Banking, Risk Management, Regulation of banking, Delivery Channel
Having knowledge AS/400 technology
Experience in IT Implemetation Application, IT Project
Experience in managing development software methodology (SDLC, V model)
Willing to be placed in Bumi Serpong Damai - Tangerang

Project Manager
Responsibilities
Making Project Quality Plan & Project Schedule
Organize resources involved in the project in the project
Periodically meeting formally with the project team to review progress
Report project status to the steering committee
Giving decision and resolution in time for scope and policy issues
Ensure the quality of the deliverables
Monitor budget for cost spent and project timetable
Requirements
Familiar with Project Management Process Groups : Planning, Execution, Controlling & Correction, Closing Project, preferred PMBOK framework.
Experience in IT Implementation Application, IT project.
Experience Manage Development Software methodology (iterative SDLC, V model)
Having knowledge area of Banking & Risk Management
Willing to be placed in Bumi Serpong Damai - Tangerang
