Sr. Estate Manager (Kubu Raya-KALBAR)
Kalimantan Barat - Kubu Raya
Requirements:
* Minimum of 15 years (1) or 10 years (2) managerial experience in established palm oil plantation group
* Able to design yearly activity plan and also organize and evaluate the result in other to achieve the target
* Excellent managerial skill
* Bachelor degree in Agriculture from reputable university
* Able to communicate in English (English literate)
* Computer literate
* Able to work under pressure and strict targets/deadline
* Having a good knowledge regarding nursery, fertilization, and harvesting
