Be responsible for documents keeping, Legal Drafting and Advise, and for Corporate Actions arrangement.
Requirements:
· S1 Degree in Law; S2/ Master degree in Business (Keperdataan) will be an advantage
· Minimum of 3 years experience as a Legal Supervisor; especially in handling problems at the company's corporate group (eg, notarial)
