Dear all,
Saya mohon bantuannya, semoga ada teman-teman yang sudah punya pengalaman atau juga sedang mengerjakan Beasiswa Unggulan LN.  Saat ini saya sudah menerima LoA dari univ. di UK, tapi gagal di beasiswanya. Saya ingin mencoba BU LN Dikti, dan membaca persyaratannya.
Berhubung saya belum ada keterikatan atau perjanjian kerja dengan univ. manapun di Indonesia, saya agak bingung di bagian surat ijin rektor.
Yang saya tidak paham, rektor mana yang dimaksud. Kalau di surat perjanjian yang menyatakan kesediaan ditempatkan dimana saja, yang diperlukan adl ttd rektor instansi asal. Tapi kalau surat ijin rektor ini apa ya, dan rektor manakah yang simaksud?Rektor instansi asal atau calon tempat bekerja(tapi kalau calon tempat bekerjanya bukankah nantinya akan ditentukan oleh dikti sendiri setelah kelulusan?).
Saya sudah berusaha mencari keterangan soal ini di website dikti dan googling, juga menelepon kantor dikti langsung, tapi tidak diangkat seharian ini.
Apakah teman-teman ada yang bisa membantu?

(1)  PROJECT MANAGER

·         Have minimum 20 years of project management experience on onshore/offshore oil and gas facilities design engineering, fabrication, hook-up and pre-commissioning.

·         He/she shall have successfully managed a minimum of 2 major onshore/offshore EPSC projects demonstrating the following:

-       Proven track record of achieving HSE objectives

-       Capability to manage projects to meet schedule and cost requirements

-       Success in managing organization, personnel, and productivity

 

 

(2)  PROJECT ENGINEER

·         Have minimum 15 years experience of oil and gas engineering experience.

·         He/she must have performed a project engineering role within the last 5 years.

·         The candidate shall demonstrate a high level of understanding regarding SIMOP's, offshore construction and HSE compliance.

·         Has experience of offshore facilities is a must.

 

 

(3)  SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

·         Have minimum 7 years experience from offshore engineering in either engineering design, engineering work including fabrications and installations

·         Experienced in working as Senior Electrical Engineer in projects with offshore platforms

 

 

(4) SENIOR TECHNICAL SAFETY ENGINEER

·         Have minimum 10 years experience from offshore engineering in either engineering design, engineering work including fabrications and installations

·         Experienced in working as Senior Technical Safety Engineer in projects with offshore platforms

 

 

(5) LEAD STRUCTURAL OFFSHORE ENGINEER

·         Have minimum 15 years experience from offshore engineering in either engineering design, engineering work including fabrications and installations

(10) SENIOR PIPING ENGINEER

(11)  SENIOR INSTRUMENT DESIGNER

(12)  TECHNICAL PROCEDURE WRITER

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Developing content for operating and maintenance procedures; using site-specific engineering information.
  • Creating assessments and training plans to supplement operation and maintenance procedures.
  • Reporting project progress to the Project Manager.
  • Contacting client Subject Matter Experts to obtain and clarify technical information; working remotely and during on-site visits.
  • Working within a team environment, using strong interpersonal skills while enabling seamless interaction with internal departments and client representatives.
  • Generating requests for information from the client representative or Subject Matter Expert.
  • Implementing in-house and client edits, while maintaining project standards.

 

 Qualifications:

 

  • Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. Applicants with operating or maintenance experience in the oil and gas industry also considered.
  • 2 years of technical writing experience and/or equivalent process industry training experience.
  • Excellent English reading and writing skills are essential; additional languages considered an asset.
  • Ability to comprehend P&ID's, vendor information, and process control descriptions.
  • A strong proficiency in MS Word is required.
  • Must be able to travel and have a willingness to work on occasion in various field locations.

 

 

(13) CLASROOM INSTRUCTOR 

 

Job Duties:

·         Provide classroom and on the job training for process and control room technicians

·         Convey complex technical content on oil and gas plant processes and equipment

·         Conduct written and performance-based assessments

·         Provide individual coaching to trainees and assist them with self-study where appropriate

·         Pilot test training materials

·         Review the effectiveness training materials

·         Enhance training materials with photos of plant equipment where appropriate

·         Provide additional input into training materials if required

·         Assist the Training Department where necessary with scheduling and coordinating training

·         Brief Operations Superintendent and Operations Supervisors on Trainee's progress

·         Ensure site-safety policies are adhered to during instruction

·         Design and coordinate training evaluation surveys

·         Schedule and assist in maintaining department classrooms, and in ensuring facilities are prepared for scheduled events

·         Perform record-keeping duties including tracking trainee's progress

·         Assist the training department where required

 

 

Qualifications:

·         Certificate or diploma in process technology, engineering technology, chemical technology, or similar

·         Degree, diploma, or certificate in adult education, instruction, or train-the-trainer certification

·         Courses related to HSE

 

 

Preferred Experience:

·         Operations technician experience in the oil and gas industry

·         DCS or control room technician experience

·         Training operators on the use of a simulator

·         HSE training

·         Good understanding of oil and processes

·         Assessor experience

·         Minimum 3 years experience in instructing process technicians

·         Classroom instruction/facilitation and On-the-Job training

·         Experience in instructing in an ESL (English as a Second Language) environment

·         Basic computer skills including word processing software such as Microsoft Office Software including, Power Point and Excel
