Re: [beasiswa] [butuh info] BU Kemendiknas

 


saya juga mau menanyakan tentang BU Kemendiknas, apakah saya masih bisa kirim proposal bulan ini? walaupun program saya berakhir desember 2012? Kalau memang cost sharing sebaiknya kita proposekan yang mana? tuition fee saja? atau living cost saja? yang mana kira2 lebih memberikan kemungkin kita mendapatkan tunjangan biaya?

Tadi saya telp sekretariat kemendiknas menanyakan tt komponen dana yg di cover beasiswa unggulan. Ternyata modelnya mostly cost sharing. Hal ini juga berlaku utk beasiswa luar negri. Jadi misalnya saya sudah dapat scholarship tuition fee dari universitas yg saya tuju, maka BU akan menanggung living costnya, dan sebaliknya.

Yang ingin saya tanyakan, terutama kepada para penerima BU kemendiknas yg melanjutkan studi ke LN, apakah ada yg mendapatkan beasiswa full cover?
Atau yang cost sharing dengan dana dari atdik negara tujuan? Bagaimana prosesnya?

Saya dari Makassar dan tadi kebetulan tes Chevening. Jawaban mbak Dian semuanya benar. Pewancaranya dua. Satu dari British Cuuncil, satu dari kedutaan. Yang ditanyain itu soal kegiatan kita sekarang. Kalau kerja, apa pekerjaaanya. Trus mau daftar field apa dan kenapa. Nanti kalau selesai bakal ngapain. Trus udah tau Universitas yang mau didaftarin gak. Kalau iya Universitas apa dan kenapa. Lalu ditanyai juga 10 sampai 15 tahun kedepan kamu bakal jadi apa...???

Kira2 bidang apa yang mau diambil? kenapa ambil bidang itu? relevansinya dengan pekerjaan apa? (klo bisa, udah nyiapin lebih dulu mau kuliah apa, di Universitas apa aja, terus kira2 udah pernah menghubungi professor yg di universitas itu apa belum). Dimungkinakan pertanyaan akan sedikit melebar, misalnya kenapa pengen kuliah di universitas itu, terus udah tau belum admission nya gmn..dll 3. Klo udah balik ke Indonesia, apa yang akan dilakukan dengan ilmu yg udah diperoleh. 4. Kira2 10 atau 15 tahun kedepan mau jd apa?.

Setahu saya, setelah proses interview, sudah tidak ada lagi tes tertulis, tinggal nunggu aja lolos apa nggak nya.

Dengan hormat,
Perkenalkan saya Feby Oldfisra, saya baru lulus Poltekkes Kemenkes Padang Prodi Kebidanan Bukittinggi bulan Oktober 2011 lalu. Sekarang saya bekerja sebagai tenaga sukarela di Poltekes Kemenkes Padang Prodi Kebidanan Bukittinggi di bagian laboratorium. Saya memilih sebagai tenaga sukarela karna saya berniat untuk melanjutkan kuliah ke jenjang s1. Namun saya dan satu teman saya di beri kesempatan untuk mencoba mengikuti seleksi mahasiswa di New Zealand tepatnya di Otago Polytechnic dengan jurusan kebidanan. Sekarang sudah separo jalan seleksi yang saya lewati.

Namun sampai hari ini saya masih belum dapat menemukan beasiswa untuk kuliah ke New Zealand, apakah ada beasiswa yang mungkin saya dapatkan? Terima kasih banyak.

ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Asset Strategy

  • Ability to understand the overall Indonesia asset strategy and able to provide feedback to Indonesia Leadership Team related to overall asset strategy (e.g. Drilling, Field Development, etc)
  • Able to run and analysis multiple scenario for field development and present the recommendation on the optimal plan to the Leadership Team both for existing assets, future assets (exploration or business development)
  • Able to lead the planning process to achieve the intended asset plan to maximize the assets value

Work Plan & Budget

 

  • Lead and coordinate the Work Plan & Budget for all assets in Indonesia including taking multiple inputs and create a consistent and unified message to support the overall Work Plan & Budget.
  • Work closely with asset team to construct the recommended assets budget & plan investment program in accordance with corporate guidelines and timelines.
  • Prepare and support various budget & plan reviews with leadership teams.
  • Run price sensitivity cases.
  • Provide input for AVPs submissions and assist with quality control review.

Asset Team Support

  • Coordinate submissions of AFEs and AFE supplements.  
  • Prepare & present periodic Asset Performance Metrics reviews to Indonesia leadership team and SEALT.
  • Work with asset team to conduct studies on development scenarios and options.
  • Provide input for FDPs.
  • Update relevant sections of Economic Databook.

·         Provide ad-hoc economics as requested by Economics Manager.

  • Participate on PEER reviews within SE Asia.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for monthly/quarterly Leaderships Teams meetings.
  • Will become an expert PEEP economics user.       
  • Collaborate across various functions to ensure consistency and help generate synergy.

     Reporting / Other

  • Conduct business performance analysis for the Indonesia GM and leadership team as required.
  • Coordinate data collection for Capital Utilization annual and quarterly reporting.
  • Report and analyse cash flow analysis by reserve category to support FASB 69 submissions.
  • Prepare PEEP cases to support year end reserves submissions.
  • Quality control of all business processes and planning activities.
  • Provide special analysis, research or general project support as requested by management.
  • Support the management in running and preparing for weekly, monthly, quarterly management meetings including tracking follow-up actions and documenting key commitments.
  • Coordinate materials and visits for senior management visiting the country.

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • 10 - 15 years of oil and gas experience, preferably in upstream or similar experience in Strategy Planning and Economics in other Industry
  • Relevant Engineering or Business qualification, or equivalent
  • Experienced with budgeting and planning at regional and corporate levels.

 

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:

  • Understanding of the oil and gas business, including the inter-relationships of Exploration, Development and Production investment activities.
  • Familiar with upstream indicators, e.g. production profile, capex, opex.
  • Knowledge of financial accounting methods is essential, as is some awareness of the fundamentals of petroleum economics
  • Knowledge of PEEP and PSC accounting / fiscal terms would be desirable.
  • Collaborate effectively to achieve results
  • Influence effectively with business partners and can assert ideas persuasively, gaining support and commitment from others and mobilizing people to take action.
  • Ability to identify main issues and opportunities; uses analysis to draw appropriate conclusions and judgment in choosing a course of action.
  • Open communication style & committed team player. 
  • Proven track record of delivering to deadline
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to manage and progress own workload
  • Attention to detail, ability to spot inconsistencies and willingness to investigate thoroughly.

The IT Service Delivery Analyst will assist in the identification and implementation of best practice desktop support. This will include:

 

·         Effective fault tracking procedure using the company helpdesk system

·         Sharing of workload across the support team

·         Use of remote support technology for locations where no onsite IT support is available

·         Sharing of knowledge/information and collaborate with team across the region

 

 

ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·         Provide Project Management IT Infrastructure project and business related requirement.

·         Provide and oversee desktop support in the country or location of first instance support

·         Provide first level support for other IT functions in region such as network, voice, server etc. Coordinate callout of more technical resource where required.

·         Provide performance, availability and operability of user based equipments such as desktops, laptops, blackberries, phone (desk and mobile), printers and digital senders

·         Maintain an ongoing dialogue with the business to identify service delivery issues and improve/maintain customer satisfaction

·         Provide reactive problem management and proactive problem analysis

·         Provide appropriate problem status reporting to the IT Service Delivery Team Lead

·         Change management co-ordination – scheduling of downtime directly with the business

·         Work as part of a global IT team to ensure that corporate standards are adhered at all times

·         Provide induction of IT best support practices in region, policies and process

·         Assist in IT project activity as required – e.g. setup of new operational sites, infrastructure implementation and major software upgrades etc.

·         Proactively research and recommend potential improvements to the IT service, toolset and resource to satisfy cost effective operational requirements

·         Provide backup support and coordination for regional sites

·         Maintain hardware inventory and be directly responsible for the IBM IMAC (install, maintain, add and change) process

·         Ensuring all support calls are logged in the helpdesk system and provide monthly analysis of issue trending to the Information System Manager and ITDLT.

·         Manage and/or provide coordination for desktop related projects like desktop refresh, office relocation and other IT project implementation

·         Provide support for IT systems, voice and data communication at Shorebase, onshore and offshore drilling sites

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

EXPERIENCE:

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with an IT focus Appropriate Microsoft Accreditation (desired not essential)

·         Minimum 3 year experiences in leading team or department

·         Minimum 7 years experience in a direct hands on Desktop IT support role

·         Prior  experience of having lead or participated in one or more IT related projects

·         Significant knowledge/exposure related to IT disciplines such as network and server.

 

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:

·         Good organizational, prioritising and interpersonal skills

·         Good written and spoken communication skills in English

·         Has contact with vendors, industry peers, and professional associations to keep informed of existing and evolving industry standards and technologies

·         Able to work independently and willing to take project management responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY

 

The Application Data Analyst will manage the administration of the interpretation projects, including managing project access rights, project creation, upgrades and archive. The Application Data Analyst will also be responsible for seismic data management of interpretation projects, including data loading and data QC.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage seismic data in projects. Load seismic data products and navigation, apply company's naming standards in all seismic data products
  • QC and correct errors in projects, including seismic data and navigation, CRS, and units of measure
  • Create, archive and retrieve projects
  • Upgrade projects to new versions
  • Convert projects to other platforms (e.g. GeoFrame to Paradigm)
  • Move seismic and interpretation data between platforms
  • Balance projects on systems

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree, preferably in Geoscience

·         At least 3 to 5 years experience in Geoscience applications and data management, or the equivalent education

·         Comprehensive knowledge of seismic data, particularly loading of seismic related products (e.g. stacks, gathers, velocity, navigation)

·         Knowledge and proficiency working in Linux environment

·         Working knowledge of at least one of the following application suites : Paradigm GeoFrame, Petra and Petrel

·         While skill in the Paradigm interpretation platform is preferred, a proven ability in another platform is acceptable, recognizing the requirement to quickly become knowledge in Paradigm at Hess

·         Ability to learn and effectively use any new software products required for the performance of duties

·         Ability to prioritize work in support of multifaceted subsurface teams working to varied deadlines (some of which will have very short timeframes)

·         Ability to work in a matrix organization, performing tasks locally but as a member of a global network

·         Ability to effectively communicate and work with both the business unit and technical support staffs, as well as management

·         Highly organized with an attention to detail
