FINANCE CONTROLLER (FIN)
Responsibilities: Develop policy, procedure and system for financial control activities; Manage and monitor accounting, treasury and tax functions; Provide recommendation relates to finance, accounting, and tax that affect all business decisions.
Specific requirements:
- Having experience maintaining full set of accounts as well as taxation
- Well knowledge in banking transaction, funding, credit process, L/C, cash management, and treasury.
- Proven track record in managing and analyzing financial/accounting matters
- Has at least 10 years experiences in relevant position.
- Preferably from FMCG manufacturing multinational company

TAX MANAGER (TAX)
Responsibilities: Develop tax strategy to optimize tax amounts paid by company; Ensuring company comply with all tax obligation and reported regularly; Provide all tax information for financial planning and reporting purposes.
Specific requirements:
- Having experience handling tax compliance, reporting and tax audit
- Strong practical knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulation and Tax Law
- Fully understand tax issues and up-to-date with tax regulation
- Holding Brevet B
- Has min. 6-8 years experiences in reputable Tax Consulting Firm with the last position as Manager
- Has additional 2-3 years experiences in FMCG
- Job based: Jakarta
OPERATION CONTROLLER (OCM)
Responsibilities: Manage delivery of accurate, actionable and timely management and financial accounts, forecasts, analyses, commentary and advice to facilitate decision making in Operation Dept.; Optimize working capital requirements; Manage product costing and costs allocation.
Specific requirements:
- Having experience as an accountant in plant/factories
- Strong knowledge in costing system and inventory control
- Proven track record in managing and analyzing financial report related to Operation/Production
- Familiar with ERP will be an advantage
- Has min. 5 years experiences in relevant position

TRAINING MANAGER (TRN)
Responsibilities: Identify Training Need Analyses based on CBHRM; Plan, implement, develop and monitor annual training program based CBHRM; set up training policy and procedures; Evaluate training
Specific requirements:
- Strong knowledge in Competency Based Human Resources Management
- Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs, training evaluation, and delivering training itself.
- Update information and knowledge of people development process
- Has at least 4 years experiences in relevant position.

MARKET RESEARCH & CONSUMER INSIGHT (MRCI)
Responsibilities: Execute consumer research studies to consistency provide actionable issue-epecific; Maintain fluency with new developments in research methods, technologies and services.
Specific requirements:
- Strong knowledge in market research, consumer behaviour, research process and analyses
- Has min. 5-7 years experiences in market research
- PPPreferably has exposure in both research agency and FMCG
- Job based: Jakarta
General Requirements:
- Max. 37 years old
- Must has min. S1 degree from reputable university, in Accounting/Finance for point 1-3, in any discipline for point 4-5
- Fluent in English (written & spoken), computer literate
- Good leadership, communication skill, self-motivated, result oriented, and fast learner.
