General Requirements
• Previous Hotel experience in a 4/5 star hotel environment at least 2 years in relevant field (1&3)
• Previous Hotel experience in a 4/5 star hotel environment at least 1 year in relevant field (2&4)
• Possess strong communication skills both in written & verbal communication
• Excellent command of English communication. Speak other foreign languages than English will be an advantage 
• Computer literate, preferably with Windows applications such as Word and Excel
• Proficient in spreadsheet 
• Knowledge of VHP will be an advantage
• Well-groomed, personable and have an excellent customer service skills 
• Must be able to work in a high paced, high pressure, multitasking environment
