Sewells Group is continuing its expansion, and is currently looking to employ professionals in Indonesia, who will operate in a client environment, responsible for training and development; business management services; dealer process improvements and dealer performance management.

Non-Technical Trainers(Sales, Service, Product)

Responsibilities:

Facilitate skills-building and/or product knowledge training programs for Dealer Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, and other Dealer team members as deemed necessary
Assist Academy Manager with conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for Dealer Sales and Service Personnel as needed
Test and evaluate the results of the training programs and make recommendations for improvement as needed
Consult with Dealer, Company and Academy Management on training progress, issues, concerns as needed
Recommend additional training and/or re-training as needed
Prepare necessary reports
Support the data management in the Learning Management System
Provide observation, coaching, and follow-up sessions to Dealership Team as needed to ensure transfer of learning on the job
Attend Training-the-Trainers sessions as required
Maintain or improve on current product knowledge and competitor comparisons
Translate training materials into Bahasa Indonesia as necessary

Requirements:

University Graduate (equivalent relevant work experience may be considered)
At least 2 years work experience as a Sales or Service Trainer, preferably in an automotive manufacturer or dealership
Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Love for learning; Fast learner
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Internet savvy
Willing to travel when required

A consortium of Burung Indonesia, The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds and Birdlife International has established Harapan Rainforest to protect and restore 100.000ha of dryland lowland forest and its ecosystems in South Sumatra and Jambi provinces, Sumatera, under the first ever ecosystem restorasi license issued by the Indonesia government. With support from several donors, including the governments of Germany and Denmark, Hutan Harapan will make a significant contribution to the global debate on ecosystem restoration, biodiversity conservation, combating deforestation and tackling climate change.

Harapan Rainforest is located approximately 3 hours drive from Jambi city. In turn, Jambi can be reached by one hour flight from Jakarta, of which there are 5-10 per day. Human Resources Assistant Manager

Brief Description

The position of Human Resources Assistant Manager consist of planning, directing, and coordinating human resources management activities of organization to maximize the strategic use of Human Resources and maintain function such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies and regulatory compliance

Task

§ Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems,

§ Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and recommend needed changes

§ Analyze and modify compensation and benefit policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements

§ Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants

§ Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures

§ Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives

§ Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations activities of an organization

Qualifications and requirements

§ Bachelor's degree in related field

§ Minimum two years' experience in same level

Konsultansi Perencanaan Desain Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya

A. Latar Belakang

1. Misi Hutan Harapan adalah melindungi dan merestorasi productivity dan ecological balance +/- 98,000 ha hutan tropis dataran rendah di Provinsi Jambi dan Sumatera Selatan.

2. Camp Hutan Harapan berlokasi 3 jam perjalanan dengan mobil dari Kota Jambi, terdiri dari team yang berdedikasi beranggotakan 300 staff teknis yang professional di bidang kehutanan, penelitian, dan para manajer. Saat ini, listrik diperoleh dari mesin pembangkit diesel dengan kapasitas 80 KVA.

B. Tujuan

Tujuan pekerjaan ini adalah:

1. Melakukan penghitungan atas total kebutuhan listrik PT REKI saat ini dan untuk masa 3 – 5 tahun ke depan, dengan mempertimbangkan perkembangan kebutuhan listrik terkait rencana penambahan infrastruktur

2. Membuat rencana desain secara detail untuk pembangkit listrik tenaga surya, yang dapat mencukupi kebutuhan listrik PT REKI dalam pilihan ; 50%, 80% dan 100% dari total kebutuhan listrik PT REKI

C. Tugas Khusus

1. Menghitung total kebutuhan energi listrik (ET) dengan mempertimbangkan spesifikasi fasilitas dan peralatan yang ada pada kantor dan perumahan Kamp Hutan Harapan.

2. Menghitung arus (I) sesuai dengan standard SNI

3. Menghitung tegangan (V) sesuai dengan standard SNI.

4. Melakukan analisis terhadap hasil dari poin 1-3 dengan menggambarkan informasi berikut ini: daya maksimum yang dihasilkan panel surya, kapasitas tegangan maksimum yang dapat dicapai pada saat tidak adanya arus, arus hubungan singkat dan daya maksimum dari panel surya.

5. Mengumpulkan data intensitas cahaya matahari dan mempertimbangan informasi ini (dan informasi yang relevan lainnya dari lapangan) untuk melakukan perencanaan sistem Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS).

6. Berdasarkan informasi dari poin 1-5, memberikan rekomendasi sistem pembangkit listrik tenaga surya yang layak, yang terdiri dari, akan tetapi tidak terbatas pada, poin 7-12.

7. Menyediakan gambar detail dari sistem PLTS.

8. Menyediakan spesifikasi teknis komponen dan taksiran Rencana Anggaran Biaya,

9. Menyediakan rencana jadawal pengerjaan (Grafik Gantt atau kurva-S)Memfasilitasi presentasi mengenai desain PLTS pada rapat teknis penjelasan pekerjaan dengan peserta tender,

10. Mendukung Panitia Pengadaan dalam melakukan pemeriksaan aritmatis penawaran peserta tender,

11. Memberikan pandangan ahli untuk kepentingan pengambilan keputusan (misalnya tentang kualitas komponen dan peralatan yang ditawarkan peserta tender, dsb.).

D. Hasil Pekerjaan Yang akan Diserahkan Secara Fisik

1. Laporan Konsultansi (5-7 halaman) dalam bahasa Indonesia dan atau Inggris.

2. Gambar Rencana system PLTS

3. Spesifikasi Teknis

4. Rencana Anggaran Biaya

5. Rencana Jadwal Kerja (Grafik Gantt atau kurva-S)

E. Kompetensi Konsultan Perekayasa

1. Konsultan harus memiliki latar belakang yang kuat di bidang pekerjaan PLTS dan sudah memiliki pengalaman yang luas di bidang perencanaan disain dan pelaksanaan PLTS yang menghasilkan daya listrik minimal 80KVA sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) No. 030 Tahun 2006, No. 09 Tahun 2008, dan No. 30 Tahun 2009.

2. Minimal pendidikan S1 jurusan Teknik Elektro, lebih diutamakan S2 yang relevan, dan memiliki sertifikat dari asosiasi yang relevant (misalnya IATKI).

F. Lama Pekerjaan Konsultansi

+/- 5 hari kerja
