Responsibilities :
Sourcing for suitable candidates for available positions. Identifying suitable recruitment channels and designs recruitment advertisements. Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads, meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs. Handle Psychological Test and Interview. With team, ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.

Requirements :
Male/Female, Maximum 28 years old
Minimal Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology
Minimal 1-2 years experience in recruitment from Retail Company or Outsourcing Company or Recruitment Services.
Strong background in sourcing, Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and can work as team player
Detail and target oriented
Willing to be placed at West Jakarta (Slipi)
