Altus Logistics Services Indonesia is a leading provider of integrated logistics services to the Oil and Gas and related industries in Indonesia.  Our company has grown in Indonesia and Southeast Asia over the years and continues to expand in other oil and gas regions worldwide to encompass over 700 employees and 35 offices in 11 countries.  Our clients include some of the world's largest Oil and Gas operators and drilling services companies, such as BP, ExxonMobil, Chevron, Weatherford and Baker Hughes.

Marine Administration Operation

Requirements:

·         Male/female

·         Min. S1 / Bachelor degree with background Finance / accounting

·         Intermediate skills of computer programs:

-          Office: word, excel, power point,outlook

·         Intermediate skills of administrative and managing work load

·         A good team player

·         proactive, hard working, fast learner, honest, and active.

·         Fluent in English

Main Responsibilities:

·         Liaise with procurement to provide service order or purchase order related to shipping agency and crewing activities with complete supporting document.

·         Record invoices from vendor related to shipping agency and crewing activities and verify the completeness and the accuracy of the invoice value. Liaise with finance to ensure the payment to vendor is properly and executed.

·         Prepare supporting administration letter (e.g. Agency appointment letter ) to support operation staff

·         Prepare monthly job closing report (JCR) which covers the revenue and cost from marine business unit based on report from operation every month.

·         Record all incoming / outgoing letter and quotations.

·         Maintain petty cash usage and request for marine business unit.

·         Liaise with invoicing staff to prepare costing sheet based on cost incurred from vendor or cash settlement from operation to be invoiced.

·         Create / reply the letter/fax/email are related with disbursement

·         Collect and record data vessel monthly report and activities from branch offices.

Customer Service Executive Project Logistics

                                                                 

Main responsibilities:

·         Follow up the daily activities on freight forwarding, custom handling and transportation and update it to the customers.

·         Prepare, record, and update operational data as well as to coordinate with client and vendor for both air and sea freight for export and import, domestics land transportation to ensure all data recorded accurately and kept up.

 

Qualifications:

• Female.
• Min age 28 years old
• Bachelor degree in Marketing / Economic
• Having 1-3 years experience in Freight forwarding industries 
• A good team player
• MS office
• Fluent in English

Administration Manager

Main responsibilities:

·         Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures;   controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing supply base requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

·         Demonstrate strong leadership skills setting clear and structured expectations and hold all external parties accountable for the scopes of work.

·         Ensure that each Project team and Supply Based team complies with the site policies and procedures by communicating their content, monitoring practice and reporting to management accordingly.

·         Establish  the  necessary  contracts  to  ensure  Projects can  be  developed  to  the  desired schedule.

·         Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues Jakarta based.

·         Liaising with Supply Base Managers and site Financial/Admin personnel.

Qualifications:

• Male/Female.
• Bachelor degree in Financial / Economic.
• Having 3 – 5 years experience in handling procedure and daily operational administration incl. Administration that required from financial side (has an experience in handling administration for oil and gas project, will be an advantage point to be consider).
• Have a broad-minded, systematic thinking and orientation in detail both in process and result
• Have the capability in managing working time, work load, and people.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
