We are currently searching for highly qualified candidate for the following position :
ENGINEERING MANAGER
1. Male (age 30 - 40 years old)
2. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
3. Experiences in fire protection business or M&E contractor
4. Having knowledge and experience in making design, proposal, and good in presentation
5. PC Literate with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
6. Highly trustworthy, ethical and discreet, driven by challenges and pleasant personality
7. Understand mechanical and electrical piping design and system
8. Able to lead and work as a team
HRD MANAGER
1. Providing admin support for HR activities ( e.g. recruitment, performance appraisal, promotions, and training )
2. Maintaining employee data through internal system
3. Managing headcount activities
4. Developing and controlling company's procedures policies using efficient and with cost measures
5. Developing position job desk for each position and career advancement
6. Managing and monitoring travel booking, pricing, and budgeting and alliance with travel agent / airlines
7. Dealing with insurance and compare best benefits to the employee
SALES EXECUTIVES
1. Male / Female max. 35 years old
2. Education min. DIII
3. Experience in selling
4. Must possess own vehicle
5. Broad networking
6. Good communication skills
7. Able to operate computer (Word, Excel, Power Point)
8. Good at making proposal and presentation
FIRE ENGINEER / ESTIMATOR
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering from reputable university
2. Having min. 5 years experience in designing fire system ( e.g. hydrant system, sprinkler system, foam system, water spray system )
3. Understand the NFPA Code
4. PC Literate with Microsoft Office and Autocad 2D / 3D
5. Min. passive English literate
6. Able to make BQ
7. Having good ability for presentation and negotiation
