We are representing an Establish mining company which has 3 major mining concession ready for production stages. To support their growth, we urgently require proficient and highly motivated individuals for the following positions :
1. Project Manager (PRM)
· Min Bachelor in engineering especially mining or equivalent
· Min 5 years experience working as a mining manager or project manager at a coal mining site
· Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles, practical mining equipment application, and the associated floe of planning & mining project implementation

2. Health, Safety and Environment Manager (HSM)
ü Previous experience in a similar role preferably in multinational companies with multi sites.
ü Educated to Degree level or equivalent in Heath, Safety & Environment Engineering,
ü Formal training in Safety and Risk Management, internal audit and familiar with the Behavior Based Safety concept,
ü Good communications and presentation skills including report writing skills,
ü Able to travel to projects/ sites,
ü Work extended hours meet section deadlines and emergency situations,
ü Also required is the experience end capability to manage safety initiatives at various project sites
3. Plant Manager (PLM)
ü Min. Diploma degree with extensive experiences
ü Have a deep comprehension regarding plant process and able to develop new improvement to enhance performance
ü Outstanding proficiency on Maintenance management
4. Logistic Manager / Supply Chain Manager (LGM)
ü Min. Bachelor degree (LGM), or Diploma with extensive experience (LGS/LGM)
ü Have the knowledge and skills related with mine logistic management, such as inventory management, catalogue management, warehouse management, and expedition management
5. Contract Manager (CM)
ü Analytical and understanding of contractual obligations and their impact on profitability and the requirements to meet these
ü A minimum of 5 years of working experience within mining and or construction industries,
ü High degree of computer literacy and risk management proficiency
ü Strong communication and negotiation skills
ü A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
ü Cross Cultural Management sensitivity and an understanding of issues relevant to large scale mining projects within developing countries.
ü Strong Mentoring skills
ü Ensure Business compliance with Corporate Standard with respect to contract reviews, corporate requirements and limitations and relevant risk and opportunity management procedures
ü Assist project teams to prepare, drafting and negotiate contract, supply agreement, confidentiality agreements, back-back Agreements, etc
ü Review contracts and subcontracts, supply agreements, back-to-back agreements, etc prepared by project teams and report on necessary amendments
ü Prepare legal review and advise business
6. Technical Services / Engineering Manager
ü Engineering Degree
ü 10+ years previous experience
ü Experience with a Senior Technical position in a similar open pit operation
ü Practical knowledge of short and long term planning, resource estimation and reconciliation techniques, applied geology, open pit mining equipment and methodology
ü Have a strong commitment to safe working practices
ü Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Mine Engineer (MER)
ü Min. Diploma degree
ü Strong ability in analyzing production proses including all related equipment, and make improvement recommendations as needed.
ü Understand mid and/or long-term mine planning and scheduling, geotechnical analysis, pit design, and mine dewatering
ü Able to operate minescape and XPAC mining software
8. Mining Superintendent (MST)
ü Min. Diploma degree
ü Have the POP certification and other related work licenses
ü Able to implement HSE system
ü Monitor and supervise mining operation process (land clearing, coal mining, overburden removal, dumping, spreading, stock piling)
9. Superintendent Engineering (STE)
ü Min. Bachelor degree in Mining / Civil / Geology
ü Have POP certification
ü Understand short-term mine planning and scheduling, geotechnical analysis, pit design, and mine dewatering
ü Able to operate minescape mining software. Proficiency on using XPAC is an advantage.
10. Cost Control (CCL)
ü Min. Diploma degree with extensive experiences
ü Understand the mine materials as well as its equipment specification and expedition process to ensure operational cost efficiency
