Kami sebagai pengusaha Kursus Mengemudi Ternama di Depok ingin melebarkan sayap ke beberapa lokasi di Jabodetabek. Oleh karena itu kami ingin mengajak Anda untuk berinvestasi yang sangat menguntungkan.

Sistem investasi yang kami tawarkan adalah :
PENGADAAN KENDARAAN PRAKTEK KURSUS MENGEMUDI

Kewajiban Investor: Melakukan pembelian unit kendaraan praktek secara kredit dengan minimal DP sebesar 15% ADDM, dan mobil atas nama investor.

Kewajiban kami:Melakukan pembayaran cicilan kendaraan tersebut diatas selama 4 Tahun (dibayarkan menggunakan giro perusahaan).

Ketentuan:
1. Kendaraan akan digunakan oleh kami sebagai kendaraan praktek mengemudi.
2. Investor tidak dapat menggunakan kendaraan selama masa cicilan.
3. Setelah masa cicilan 4 tahun mobil akan disepakati untuk dijual dan DP yanga dikeluarkan oleh Investor akan dikembalikan sebanyak 100%
4. Sisa hasil penjualan akan disepakati untuk dibagi 2 (50:50) antara Investor dan Kami.

Dengan Asumsi sebagai berikut:
Xenia M M/T 2012, Harga : Rp. 142.100.000
DP 15% ADDM : 22.565.000 (dibiayai Investor)
Cicilan 47X : Rp. 4.100.000 (dibiayai oleh kami)

4 tahun kemudian dijual dengan asumsi penyusutan 5% per tahun (total 20%):
Rp. 142.100.000 - 20% = Rp. 113.680.000

Rp. 113.680.000 - Rp. 22.565.000 = Rp. 91.115.000 (PROFIT)

Rp. 91.115.000 : 2 = Rp. 45.557.500 (PROFIT INVESTOR : 201.9%)

TOTAL YANG DITERIMA INVESTOR DI AKHIR MASA CICILAN ADALAH :
RP. 68.122.500

KELEBIHAN JENIS INVESTASI INI:
1. Jaminan kendaraan yang dapat diuangkan dengan cepat/liquid
2. Investasi yang masuk akal dan no tipu - tipu

[Indo-Job] Instructor Position Required in Saudi Arabia

 

Required trainer can teach those course:
Implementing Cisco Unified Communications Manager Part 1 & 2 (CIPT 1 & 2)

Course Content:
Part 1 (CIPT1) prepares the learner for implementing a Cisco Unified Communications Manager solution at a single-site environment.
Learner will perform post-installation tasks, configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager, implement Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP) and H.323 gateways, and build dial plans to place on-net and off-net phone calls.
Learner will also implement media resources, IP Phone Services, Cisco Unified Communications Manager native presence, and Cisco Unified Mobility.

Part 2 (CIPT2) prepares the learner for implementing Cisco Unified Communications solution in a multisite environment. It covers globalized call routing, Cisco Service Advertisement Framework (SAF) and Call Control Discovery (CCD), tail-end hop-off (TEHO), Cisco Unified Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST), and mobility features such as Cisco Device Mobility and Cisco Extension Mobility.
Learner will apply a dial plan for a multisite environment including TEHO, configure survivability for remote sites during WAN failure and implement solutions to reduce bandwidth requirements in the IP WAN.
Learner will also enable Call Admission Control (CAC) including Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Preconditions and automated alternate routing (AAR).

Course Objectives:

Upon completing Part 1, the learner will be able to meet these overall objectives:
- Describe multisite deployment issues and solutions, and describe and configure required dial plan elements.
- Implement call-processing resiliency in remote sites by using Cisco Unified SRST, MGCP fallback, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express in Cisco Unified SRST mode.
- Implement bandwidth management and CAC to prevent oversubscription of the IP WAN.
- Implement Device Mobility and Cisco Extension Mobility.
- Describe and implement CCD deployments.

Upon completing Part 2, the learner will be able to meet these overall objectives:

Key Accountabilities:

* Will responsible and report to the Project Manager

* Excellent skill in all aspects of  Water –Wastewater Sanitation Calculation (i.e
Epanet,Work in flow,Water Modeling,NRW ,DED and FS etc )

* Excellent  Coordination with
Intitusional (PDAM) and Government Sector

* Excellent Organizational skills with meetings,report and, management project
consultancy, etc.

* Very good Oral & Written skills and Interpretation in English and Bahasa

* Pleasant nature and excellent communication skill.

Specific Requirements:

* Male/Female, min. 35 years old,

* Minimum S1  from
Technic Civil/Environmental Engineering

* Having experience min. 10  year in project
consultancy or same field

* Ability to use MS. Office, Ms. Word, others Water  - Wastewater –Municipal Sanitation 

  Calculation ,EPANET and Others Water Supply modeller
* Well organizer, trustworthy, honest and securing confidential matters

* Smart, highly self motivated person, good communication skill, pleasant

The University of Adelaide offers a scholarships scheme for international students undertaking postgraduate research study. Its purpose is to attract high quality overseas postgraduate students to areas of research strength in the University of Adelaide to support its research effort. The selection for scholarships is extremely competitive.

A number of ASI scholarships may be available in the mid year round of scholarshipsfor semester 2, 2012 to outstanding international students from any country undertaking postgraduate research in any academic discipline.

The ASI Provides:

1. Course tuition fees for two years for a Masters degree by Research and three years for a Doctoral research degree (an extension is possible for doctoral programs only);
2. An annual living allowance of approximately $23,728 (2012 value) for the normal duration of the program; and
3. If the award holder holds a subclass 574 visa the award covers the cost of compulsory standard Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) Worldcare policy for the student and their spouse and dependents (if any) for the period of the scholarship. If the award holder does not hold a subclass 574 visa then he/she is responsible for the cost of health insurance.
