REPAIR CENTER MANAGER ( RC MANAGER )

Position Overview / Summary

Position objective : Manage and execute Repair Center Operation in daily basis to meet company standard, Quality and Safety .

Qualifications

Required

·        10+ years rotating equipment repair experience

·        Bachelor's degree in Engineering . Should possess excellent interpersonal skill and strong communication abilities, both oral and written with internal and external Client/Customers . Fluency in English and local language is essential

·        Computer knowledge

FIELD SERVICE MANAGER ( FSR MANAGER )

The Field Service Manager is responsible for the day to day operations and business development of Field Services business within Indonesia Branch. Main responsibilities are listed below:

Develop the expertise of the field service organization to support Dresser-Rand installed base in Indonesia. Prepare and implement the annual training plan for the Field Service Team.
Drive the field service opportunity pursuit process; assist the Client Facing team as deemed necessary.
Proposal development of field service proposals including pricing, and scope of work definition.
Audit the Field Service callouts in progress relative to actual time and cost.

ACCOUNT MANAGER IGT

Work Location: Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia

The IGT Account Manager is focusing on industrial gas turbine (IGT) and large steam turbines sales (parts, repair, and field service) to assigned Branch / Region accounts. Major responsibilities are:

·        Client Relationship Management - Complete ownership of assigned power generation accounts within the region

·        Develop Account penetration strategies

·        Development and execution of an annual Territory Plan.

·        Define/Communicate Client Needs/Market Conditions: Communicate and maintain high visibility of D-R's IGT initiative / capability to the regional team Management

·        Manage the deployment of selling resources within assigned Territory-Tech. Reps, FS, Sales Reps, BDM and Product Centers.

·        Opportunity Management Tracking/ Forecasting, Value Selling Process,

·        Tools/System Maintenance-DRAve, CIRS, CSS

·        Competitive Awareness-Won/Loss Reporting

·        Staying current with industry/market and the technology/ DR solutions that effects clients industry

REQUIREMENTS :

Education/Experience:

·        BS/Engineering degree

·        5 years minimum experience with IGT / large steam turbine component and rotor repairs

·        Comprehensive technical capability in industrial gas turbine operations, maintenance, and component & rotor repairs

·      Should have worked as Draftsmen for large and medium scale projects in continuous process industries/EPC contractors/Consultants.

·      Should have very good experience in engineering and design of Equipments, Piping, Layouts, Isometrics, etc. for the process industries.

Kasus Pertama: Sertifikat TOEFL belum sampai

Saya pernah mengalami kejadian serupa. Dulu saya tes iBT bulan Desember 2010. Saat itu ETS memang menawarkan 5 sertifikat, 1 untuk personal copy kita, dan 4 lagi untuk ke institusi. Sertifikat iBT yang diakui memang hanya yang asli, seperti kata Mas Andrea . Namun untuk beberapa program beasiswa (spt. Monbukagakusho) dan institusi2 dalam negeri, tidak memedulikan apakah harus dikirim langsung oleh ETS atau tidak. Oleh karena itu, dulu saya menyiasati sbb:

1 jatah saya isi untuk univ. tujuan saya

1 saya kirim ke kantor saya

1 saya kirim ke kantor ayah saya

1 saya kirim ke kantor ibu saya

(Jadi, dari 5 jatah saya akan dapat 4 copy sertifikat iBT - 1 copy dikirim ke universitas tujuan :D )

Seperti yang saya jelaskan sebelumnya, yang 3 terakhir tersebut, nantinya saya pakai untuk keperluan beasiswa lain.

Lalu masalah muncul saat 2 sertifikat tidak sampai ke alamat yang saya isikan. Saya pun complaint ke ETS, dengan nada mengancam (hehehe). Kalau mau contoh email complaint saya, bisa dilihat di bawah ini:

It's been over two months since I took TOEFL iBT test. And it's been over one month since I received my personal score result.

I've ordered my TOEFL score to be sent to 4 institutions.

First, TU Delft (Netherland)

Second,xx1 (Indonesia)

Third, xx2 (Indonesia) and

Fourth, xx3 (Indonesia)

From those instutions, until now, there are still 2 institutions that haven't received my score yet. xx1 and xx2. They were asked about my score and I can't explain about that.

So can you track my delivered TOEFL score? Because I need it and I think ETS should be responsible about that.

For your reference, my order number is 164685xx

Setelah itu, mereka membalas dan minta alamat kedua institusi lagi. Saya berikan, dan akhirnya setelah complaint ini, dikirim 2 sertifikat tambahan (gratis). Secara tidak terduga, ternyata 1 dari 2 sertifikat yang dulu belum sampai, telat sampai di kantor saya. Walhasil, saya dapat 5 sertifikat di tangan :D

Begitu cerita saya. Mungkin bisa dicoba juga.

Kasus Kedua:

apakah "hasil online digunakan untuk apply ke universitas di LN?

Lalu mengenai apakah "hasil online digunakan untuk apply ke universitas di LN?"

Untuk kasus yang pernah saya alami, saya bilang "iya, bisa".

Saat itu, nilai TOEFL iBT tersebut akan saya pakai untuk apply salah satu program Erasmus Mundus, dengan coordinator university-nya adalah TU Delft. Deadline pengiriman aplikasi tanggal 1 November, tapi saya 'nego' dengan panitianya (Int'l Office) dan saya diberi waktu sampai 1 Januari 2011. Tapi, mungkinkah hardcopy akan sampai tepat waktu, sedangkan hasil test online saja keluarnya 2 minggu setelah tanggal 11 Desember?

Saya pun 'nego' lagi, dan menceritakan kasus score iBT saya. Alhamdulillah, pihak Int'l Office mau menerima alasan saya. Saya pun hanya mengirimkan 'screenshoot' online score saya. Dan beberapa hari kemudian, saya cek status aplikasi saya, nilai english proficiency saya sudah diisi.

Demikian kisah yang pernah saya alami, semoga bisa dijadikan referensi.
