Beauty Advisor akan bertanggung jawab untuk memaksimalkan penjualan di Departemen Store. Memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada para pelanggan.  Meaksanakan manajemen stok yang baik dan membantu meminimalkan resiko terhadap kerugian. Menghandel keluhan dari pelanggan. Memberikan saran/rekomendasi kepada para pelanggan. Secara aktif berpartisipasi dalam peluncuran produk untuk menarik pelanggan baru. Meningkatkan kemampuan dalam pengetahuan terhadap produk. Memonitor dan memperbaharui tampilan area penjualan. Mencapai target penjualan. 
 
Kualifikasi:
Usia maksimal 35 tahun. Pendidikan minimal SMA atau sederajat. Sangat baik dalam bernegosiasi dan berdiplomasi. Sangat mengenal dan menguasai produk kecantikan. Tahu bagaimana ber-make-up dan me-make-up. Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim maupun secara individu. Berkepribadian menarik. Bersedia mencapai target penjualan.
