RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT STAFF
Responsibilities:
̢ۢ Assist HR Corporate to communicate HR policy/regulation and other HR decision for all respective parties
̢ۢ Act as mediator for the inquiry regarding HR policies and procedure to respective person.
̢ۢ Process documents and forms necessary for the implementation of various HR policies, programs, plans, procedures, and practices.
ï ¶ Administer and monitor absenteeism and lateness of staff attendance
ï ¶ Administer and monitor leave and brief absence request
ï ¶ Record medical claims
ï ¶ Execute and monitor expatriate formalities
ï ¶ Administer arrangement of Business trip for expatriate staff regarding Indonesian working Visa application and EPO arrangement purposes.
̢ۢ Prepare reports regarding staff absence, leave, expatriate formalities, etc.
̢ۢ Give administration information regarding HR process.
̢ۢ Maintain all necessary records and files to support review/audit
̢ۢ Handles details of meeting/communication session arrangement either for Relationship Management Department or HR Corporate.
̢ۢ Execute all necessary actions in accordance with existing rules and mechanism in order to comply with all quality manual required by ISO 9000 : 2000.
̢ۢ Coordinate with manager in taking improvement steps in Relationship Management Department̢۪s programs and policies.
Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology
- Has min. 1 years experience in HR area
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Attention to detail, good presentation skill and analytical thinking
- Good interpersonal & intrapersonal skill
- Has initiative and team work
- Preferably Female
- Preferably residing or willing to be placed at Serpong area
