Persyaratan PM-SBY:
1. Memiliki sikap pemimpin organisasi manufaktur
2. Memiliki pemahaman menyeluruh mengenai alur dan fungsi produksi
3. Memahami teknik dan metode pengelolaan serta pengukuran proses &
hasil produksi
4. Memahami manajemen organisasi dan memiliki kewaspadaan bisnis
5. Memiliki pengalaman memimpin organisasi produksi setidaknya 3 tahun
dengan prestasi baik
6. Mampu berkomunikasi baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris
SM-BTM dan SM-DKI bertanggung jawab ke kantor pusat dan bertugas untuk:
1. Mengelola unit kerja dengan fungsi penjualan, keuangan, MSDM, umum
2. Mengembangkan cakupan penjualan dan memantau distribusi serta

Persyaratan SM-BTM dan SM-DKI:
1. Memiliki sikap sebagai pengelola penjualan profesional
2. Menguasai sistem penjualan melalui distributor dan langsung
3. Menguasai pengelolaan keuangan, MSDM, distribusi
4. Memiliki pengalaman memimpin tim penjualan setidaknya 3 tahun
dengan prestasi baik
5. Menguasai area tugas
6. Mampu berkomunikasi dengan Bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa daerah
tempat tugas
IT-NHS akan berlokasi di Medan dan bertugas untuk:
1. Mengelola jaringan, server, database dan maintenance hardware di
kantor pusat
2. Menjaga keamanan data dan kerahasiaan data
3. Mengembangkan kehandalan hardware untuk menunjang sistem informasi
Persyaratan IT-NHS:
1. Memiliki sikap sebagai IT professional
2. Menguasai sistem jaringan, database, data server, mail server,
hardware maintenance,
3. Up-date dengan perkembangan teknologi computer dan informatika
4. User oriented, good communication skill, excellent analytical
thinking ability, business awareness
IT-APS akan berlokasi di Medan dan bertugas untuk:
1. Mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis SQL
2. Melakukan konversi data dari berbagai aplikasi ke oracle
3. Melakukan optimalisasi penggunaan aplikasi dan mengajar users
Persyaratan IT-APS:
1. Memiliki sikap sebagai IT professional
2. Menguasai pemrograman berbasis SQL
3. Memahami Oracle database dan programming
4. Menguasai OS Linux dan aplikasi-aplikasinya
5. User oriented, good communication skill, excellent analytical
thinking ability, business awareness
